摘要: According to example embodiments, a method of controller a memory system using a controller includes receiving a first read count command, determining if a read count of a non-volatile memory in the memory system exceeds a threshold value, and performing a first reading operation on the non-volatile memory according to the first read command. If the read count of the non-volatile memory exceeds the threshold value, then addresses are selected to which a plurality of additive reading operation corresponding to the first read command will be performed, in a random neighbor selection operation. The plurality of additive reading operations for checking data of neighboring pages of the page for performing the reading operation are distributed and processed.

摘要: The present invention relates to a shutter device for camera used for small-sized digital equipment and includes a base forming a light transmission hole to expose a film or charge-coupled device (CCD) to laser beam; an electromagnet mounted on one side of the base; a driving arm which is mounted on one side of the electromagnet on the base so as to pivot on the base; a first shutter and a second shutter to open and close the light transmission hole, which pivots on the part of the base in association with the pivoting of the driving arm; and a magnetic which is installed on the driving arm and has the north magnetic pole and the south magnetic pole at opposite ends of the magnetic or on surfaces opposite to the electromagnet. The driving arm drives the first shutter and the second shutter by pivoting in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction by the attractive force and repulsive force generated between the electromagnet and the magnetic according to the direction of the electric current applied to the electromagnet, the electromagnet includes a bobbin and a coil wound around the bobbin, and each side of the bobbin having opposite poles of magnetic field is disposed adjacent to the north and south pole.

摘要: An image device capable of reverse play with minimal time delay, and a method thereof. The image device includes a buffer to store a greater number of pictures than constitute a single group of pictures (GOP), and a controller to operate the buffer to store decoded pictures. Accordingly, problems such as cutoff of pictures or time delays are minimized when performing reverse play.

摘要: A method and device for tinnitus therapy. The method includes generating pure sounds, each having a predetermined frequency, within an audible range, and waiting for a user to press an input button when the user hears the pure sound. Then, the hearing characteristics of the user are interpreted in conjunction with equal loudness contours. From this interpretation, either a tinnitus masking method or a tinnitus retraining therapy are selected according to the hearing characteristics of the user.
