摘要： A medical composition is disclosed, which is injectable and which comprises a mixture of native components, which are obtainable by culturing one or more cell samples from a human or animal during normal conditions, said native components being included in the group consisting of growth factors, extracellular matrix proteins, and other substances produced by said cell samples during normal conditions, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, as well as a method for producing the native components, a method for producing the medical composition, a method for treating a subject in need of tissue repair by injection of the medical composition, and use of said mixture of native components for the production of said medical composition for tissue repair via injection. A medical composition is disclosed, which is injectable and which comprises a mixture of native components, which are obtainable by culturing one or more cell samples from a human or animal during normal conditions, said native components being included in the group consisting of growth factors, extracellular matrix proteins, and other substances produced by said cell samples during normal conditions, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, as well as a method for producing the native components, a method for producing the medical composition, a method for treating a subject in need of tissue repair by injection of the medical composition, and use of said mixture of native components for the production of said medical composition for tissue repair via injection.

摘要： The present invention relates to a device for mini-invasive ultrasound treatment of an object. At least one therapeutic ultrasound transducer (2) is arranged for treatment of the object (5) by generating an ultrasonic field (3), the temperature focus (F) of which is located in the object (5) for heating thereof. The therapeutic ultrasound transducer (2) comprises a probe (10) adapted to be inserted into the body in the direction towards the object (5) and comprises a front portion (10a) adapted to be located at, against or in the object (5). Said probe (10) comprises at least one transmitter element (11) for generating said ultrasonic field (3). The transmitter element (11) for generating the ultrasonic field (3) is arranged behind the front portion (10a) such that the transmitter element (11) does not heat or substantially not heat the front portion (10a) when in operation.

The service comprises a procedure of establishing a service agreement in relation with a user. The service agreement comprises at least an identification of a user and a time period during which period the user is allowed access to emergency warnings. After receiving an emergency warning message from an emergency warning message provider, the message comprising information at least regarding a type of emergency and an emergency location, it is decided whether or not the user is to receive the warning message. The decision is based at least on said service agreement. Then, depending on the decision, at least said warning message is transmitted to the user.
