摘要: Methods and systems for controlling an output voltage of a resonant converter during a light load condition. One such method includes generating a normalised conduction time of the resonant converter that varies inversely with a switching frequency of the resonant converter by continuing to operate the resonant converter in a Pulse Frequency Modulation mode at a low switching frequency that is similar to the resonant frequency. The method also includes controlling a power level delivered to a secondary winding of a transformer positioned between a resonant tank and an output rectifier of the resonant converter by regulating the normalised conduction time, where the delivered power level is variable based on load conditions. The method further includes generating an output voltage using the output rectifier wherein the magnitude of the output voltage corresponds to the power level delivered to the secondary winding.

摘要: Methods and systems for balancing output currents of parallel connected resonant converters are disclosed. One such method includes matching switching frequencies for a pair of resonant converters. The method also includes carrying AC output currents of resonant tanks of each of the resonant converters through a current controlled voltage source that is coupled to each of the resonant converters of the pair of resonant converters at an AC side of each of the resonant converters of the pair of resonant converters. The method further includes inducing, for the pair of resonant converters, a voltage that is proportional to a difference in the AC currents carried through the current controlled voltage source by passing the AC currents through the current controlled voltage source. The induced voltage is oriented to oppose the greater of the AC currents and to increase the smaller of the AC currents.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and a device for fermentation based on a microbial asexual reproduction. The method comprises the steps of adding plural silica sands, a medium and a microorganism into a tank; and stirring for separating a cluster of the microorganism by a shear force generated from the plural silica sands and returning the microorganism to a logarithmic growth phase without undergoing a spore phase to increase a fermentation rate of the microorganism. The device comprises a tank, a speed control motor disposed outside the tank, a stirring component connected to the speed control motor, a refluxing mechanism for high pressure air and water connected to the tank, a heating unit disposed in the tank and a pumping motor connected to the tank.

摘要: The present invention is directed to diabody molecules and uses thereof in the treatment of a variety of diseases and disorders, including immunological disorders, infectious disease, intoxication and cancers. The diabody molecules of the invention comprise two polypeptide chains that associate to form at least two epitope binding sites, which may recognize the same or different epitopes on the same or differing antigens. Additionally, the antigens may be from the same or different molecules. The individual polypeptide chains of the diabody molecule may be covalently bound through non-peptide bond covalent bonds, such as, but not limited to, disulfide bonding of cysteine residues located within each polypeptide chain. In particular embodiments, the diabody molecules of the present invention further comprise an Fc region, which allows antibody-like functionality to engineered into the molecule.

摘要: Dipstick tests for detecting analyte are described. In a preferred embodiment, a multiple biotinylated antibody capable of binding analyte is bound to an anti-biotin antibody labelled with colloidal gold and wicked up the dipstick with test solution thought to contain analyte. Complex formed between analyte, biotinylated anti-analyte antibody, and colloidal gold labelled anti-biotin antibody is captured at a capture zone of the dipstick. Presence of colloidal gold label at the capture zone indicates the presence of analyte in the test solution. The sensitivity of analyte detection using such methods is an order of magnitude higher than for comparable methods in which biotinylated anti-analyte antibody bound to analyte is wicked up the dipstick in a first step, and a colloidal gold labelled anti-biotin antibody is wicked up the dipstick in a separate step. Kits for performing the tests of the invention are also described.

摘要: An adjustable table includes a table board, a first foot, a second foot, an air pressure bar and an assistant device. The first foot crossly and pivotally connects with the second foot, wherein one end of the first foot pivotally connects with a first fastener on the bottom side of the table board, and one end of the second foot pivotally connects with a pivot joint. The assistant device is fixed between the first fastener and a second fastener, wherein one end of the air pressure bar is fixed on the second fastener while the other end fixed on the assistant device. Therefore, when the air pressure bar is operated, smooth sliding of the air pressure bar is provided, whereby the structural strength of the table is reinforced.
