    Abstract: A packaging structure of the disclosure includes: a box in which a component is stored; and a holding member installed in the box, the holding member being configured to hold the component. The holding member includes: an undersurface portion that has a first opening portion into which the component is inserted and is placed on a bottom surface of the box; a top surface portion that has a second opening portion into which the component is inserted and is placed above the undersurface portion; and a first side surface portion connecting the undersurface portion and the top surface portion in an up-and-down direction. The holding member is formed by being bent along boundary lines between the first side surface portion, the undersurface portion, and the top surface portion, and is formed into two kinds of three-dimensional shapes that are mirror symmetric to each other, according to bending directions of the boundary line.

    Abstract: An outer rotor brushless motor includes: a shaft; a rotor; a stator; a tubular bushing at one side of the stator; an impregnated bearing at the other side of the bushing; and a washer rotatable integrally with the shaft. The bushing has: a fixed portion fixed to a core inner peripheral surface, the fixed portion having a first end surface facing a bearing end surface, and a first inner peripheral surface facing an outer peripheral surface with first clearance in between; and a housing having a second inner peripheral surface with a greater diameter than the first inner peripheral surface, on the one side of the fixed portion. An oil repellent finish is applied to a surface of the bushing. The washer is placed radially inward of the second inner peripheral surface. Second clearance greater than the first clearance is between the bearing end surface and the first end surface.

    Abstract: A resolver includes excitation coils and a detection coil. One of the excitation coils and the detection coil includes a sine coil and a cosine coil that transmit AC signals having phases of the electrical angle different from each other by 90 degrees. Further, the other coil is provided with an annular magnetic pole group in which a plurality of magnetic poles is disposed adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction at a facing face at which the rotor and the stator face each other. The plurality of sine coils and the plurality of the cosine coils are alternately disposed adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction at the facing face. The circumferential intervals between the magnetic poles included in the excitation coils and the detection coil are identical.
