Also described, are methods of their use to diagnose rosacea, to screen inhibitors of Th17 differentiation. In particular, method are described for inhibiting at least one of these genes and using the screened inhibitors in rosacea treatment.

The method can also include in vitro diagnosis or prognosis of this pathology.
