摘要: A codeless video game method may include receiving an arbitrary game image previously unknown to the computer system and containing object images, each object image corresponding to a game element of the video game, each game element associated with at least one property, and associating automatically each object image with a respective game element that corresponds thereto by identifying automatically, in the game image, each object image. Then a program of instructions is generated that is executable by the computer system, which defines behavior of game elements in the video game according to the at least one property associated with the game elements. During a playing of the video game, the program of instructions causes each game element to be represented in the display by the object image, which may be substantially identical to the game object images that were input as part of the overall game image.

摘要: A fuel cell stack (10) comprises a plurality of fuel cells each with a chamber (K) for electrolyte with at least one inlet and at least one outlet, and at least one header (30) to supply electrolyte to all the cells in parallel, and means (14) to collect electrolyte that has flowed through the cells. For each cell, the electrolyte outlets (34) feed into an electrolyte flow channel arranged such that in use there is a free surface of electrolyte within the electrolyte flow channel, the electrolyte flow channel being separate from the corresponding electrolyte flow channels for other cells, but such that the free surfaces of all the electrolyte flow channels are at a common pressure. Electrolyte is maintained at a constant depth in this open flow channel by a weir (38), and then flows over the weir to trickle or drip down the outside of the stack. This ensures uniform outlet electrolyte pressure throughout the stack (10) and across the individual cells, and avoids or reduces ionic leakage currents through the electrolyte outlets.

摘要: The invention relates to a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell with a proton-conducting membrane two catalyst layers adjoining both sides of the membrane, wherein the catalyst layers have an electrically conductive base material and at least one catalytic material deposited on the base material, and two gas diffusion layers adjoining the catalyst layers. The membrane and/or at least one of the catalyst layers and/or at least one of the gas diffusion layers includes at least one hydrogenatable material capable of binding hydrogen in a reversible exothermic hydrogenation operation by forming a hydride, depending on the temperature and/or pressure. The hydrogenatable material can be distributed in the gas diffusion layer and/or in the catalyst layer or can be present as a separate layer on at least one side of the gas diffusion electrode or the membrane.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide apparatuses and methods for managing the configuration settings of one or more servers within a business. The configuration management apparatuses and methods generally relate to creating a configuration schema; creating configuration items to assign to the configuration schema; assigning the configuration schema to one or more servers in the business; capturing a snapshot of the configuration settings for a server based on the configuration schema and assigning it to the configuration schema as the reference snapshot; capturing a current snapshot of the actual configuration settings for one or more servers; and comparing the reference snapshot with the current snapshot to determine the differences in the configuration settings. Embodiments of the present invention also allow a report to be generated that displays the differences between the reference snapshot and the current snapshot, such as the new settings, changed settings, and missing settings.

摘要: A wall mounted pivoting and locking support rail assembly providing improved support to assist elderly and physically challenged persons with safely using a bathtub or shower area. The present invention mounts to the wall in a similar way to a conventional grab bar, however, it adds an additional rail handle with the ability to pivot outward from the wall, and lock in one of several angular positions to extend support outward from the wall, and more to the centre of a shower or tub. This outward support is invaluable to assist with elderly and disabled persons to safely enter, use, and exit from the bathtub without dangerous reaching.

摘要: A method for protecting a microcomputer system against manipulation of data stored in a storage arrangement of the microcomputer system, in particular for protecting a program stored in the storage arrangement. The microcomputer system includes a microcomputer assigned to the storage arrangement, the microcomputer accessing the storage arrangement for the purpose of processing the data, i.e., the program. In order to prevent the manipulation of data in a microcomputer that does not have an internal memory but rather accesses an external storage arrangement and processes the stored data, it is proposed that before the storage arrangement is accessed, an individual identifier be assigned to the or to each allocated microcomputer or to the storage arrangement that a comparison code be generated as a function of the individual identifier and be stored in the storage arrangement, and that, before or during the operation of the microcomputer system, a security code be generated as a function of the individual identifier and be compared with the comparison code.

摘要: The method and apparatus for forming composite wood products particularly composite veneer like products which may be intermediate products and laminated to form the final composite product. Strands are fed from a source of supply at a metered rate, entrained in an air stream and carried along a confined path between an entrainment zone and the source of supply. Strands are condensed onto a surface to form a veneer lay-up of at least one layer of strands on the forming surface and this veneer lay-up is carried from the path and deposited onto a collecting surface and later consolidated into a composite product. Entraining air and strands not forming veneer are separated in the supply station, the strands fall onto the supply of strands and energy is added to the separated entraining air and it is returned to the entraining zone.
