摘要： The storage unit prestores element image data presenting an element image contained in a display image in an image data region that is a continuous storage region, and prestores draw command data containing data for creating display data presenting the display image in which the element image is placed in a draw command region that is a continuous storage region. The central processing unit makes reference to a screen management table when a predetermined drawing condition is satisfied to identify and output the draw command identification data corresponding to the satisfied drawing condition. The draw processing unit acquires from the storage unit the draw command data identified with the output draw command identification data, and creates and outputs to the display unit the display data placing the element image based on the acquired draw command data.

摘要： A power measure calculates, based on a current and a voltage measured at a predetermined location in a power supply line, active power and apparent power for each predetermined time period based on utilization of plural kinds of electric facilities connected to the power supply line. A data memory accumulates and stores data regarding the active power and the apparent power calculated by the power measure in a time-series manner. A variation detector analyzes data regarding the active power by what corresponds to a predetermined time period and stored in the data memory to detect a time slot at which there is an operation change in any one of the electric facilities. A distribution estimator calculates, when the variation detector detects the time slot, a power factor in the time slot, and estimates power consumption for each kind of the electric facilities in the time slot.

The apparatus state detector includes measuring means that measures a physical quantity of an environment in which an apparatus is placed, feature-quantity calculation means that calculates a feature quantity of the measured value measured by the measuring means, storage means that stores in advance the feature quantity of each apparatus and an apparatus state associated with the feature quantity in a reference-apparatus entry dictionary, and apparatus-state detection means that searches the reference-apparatus entry dictionary for a feature quantity by using a feature quantity calculated by the feature-quantity calculation means as a search key and detects an apparatus state based on the apparatus state associated with the retrieved feature quantity.

摘要： An electrostatic latent image is formed on a rotary image carrier. A developing roller is separatably abutted on the image carrier to supply toner onto the image carrier to make the latent image visible as a toner image. An intermediate transfer member is adapted to temporarily hold the toner image. A first transferer presses the intermediate transfer member against the image carrier to define a primary transfer position therebetween, so that the toner image on the image carrier is transferred to the intermediate transfer member. A second transferer is separatably abutted on the intermediate transfer member to transfer the toner image on the intermediate transfer member to a recording medium. An operation for forming the latent image is started after a predetermined time period elapses since a toner attached on at least one of a first region of the intermediate transfer member, on which a toner image to be transferred onto the recording medium is not transferred, and a second region on the image carrier corresponding to the first region has passed through the primary transfer position.
