摘要: Provided is an information processing apparatus capable of reducing time required for a move or copy of a file. The information processing apparatus includes a resident module (72) that, when detecting a selection operation of a move source or a copy source of data from an OS (70), reads target data, and starts writing the data into a predetermined area. Then, the resident module (72), in a case in which a specification operation of a move destination or copy destination of the data is performed from the OS (70), moves the data from the predetermined area in a volume same as the move destination or copy destination of data to the move destination or copy destination of data. A data move within the same volume can be realized only by rewriting a management region of a file system, needs to perform no new write processes, and takes no additional time.

摘要: The dynamic loudspeaker formed with a vibration plate disposed between a yoke and a permanent magnet is provided. The vibration plate is substantially planar formed with a central projecting cylindrical region. A voice coil is disposed on the vertical wall of the central projecting region of the vibration plate. This planar construction of the vibration plate permits a miniaturized construction making the loudspeaker particularly well suited for use in portable electronic equipment having sound making capabilities.

摘要: A device controller that improves transfer speed when the total data amount to be transferred exceeds a predetermined amount, without requiring a special configuration in the device.The device controller includes a cache memory that caches data received from an application software or device driver and data received from a target device, and a control unit that transfers the data cached in the cache memory to the target device and the application software or device driver. The control unit receives a read or write request from upstream and caches the transfer data in the cache memory. During writing, the data received from upstream is cached, and once a certain amount of data has been collected, it is sent downstream. During reading, a certain amount of data is collectively read out from downstream and sent upstream.

摘要: A puffer type gas insulated circuit breaker has releasably engaging stationary and movable arc contacts contained in a vessel filled with an arc extinguishing gas. An operation rod serving as a supporting member of the movable arc contacts has openings and helps define a puffer chamber. In the breaker, gas is pressurized by an arc generated between said stationary arc contacts and said movable arc contacts in an initial breaking phase, this gas being taken into the puffer chamber. The holes are used as a heat exhaust passage.

摘要: The gas circuit breaker has a configuration such that a stationary contact section and a movable contact section are arranged in an arc-extinguishing gas sealed container, to face each other, and the movable contact section includes a hollow operating rod having an exhaust hole at its rear portion, a movable cylinder arranged around the rod, a hollow movable arc contact provided on the movable cylinder and an insulating nozzle surrounding the movable arc contact. The movable contact section further includes a stationary piston portion insertable/removable inside the movable cylinder, and the space formed by the movable cylinder and the current collecting cylinder fixed to the stationary piston portion is partitioned by a parting plate into a thermal pressure elevation room space at front side and a compression room space at rear side. During the electrode opening operation, the compression room space is compressed by the interaction between the movable cylinder and the piston portion, thus increasing the pressure in the space, and the speed of the movement of the operating rod is slowed down just before the completion of the electrode opening operation.

A driver selectively applies signals having a frequency of about 4 kHz to the buzzer.
