    摘要: A display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix. Each pixel includes a light emitting device, a driving transistor for supplying a driving current to the light emitting device, a first switching transistor coupled with the control terminal of the driving transistor to transmit a data voltage, and a second switching transistor coupled with the control terminal of the driving transistor to transmit a reverse voltage. The first and second switching transistors are alternately coupled with scanning lines driven by one of two scanning drivers, and are alternately turned on at different times. The display apparatus periodically applies the reverse voltage to the driving transistors to turn off the diving transistors and to compensate for variation of the threshold voltage of the driving transistors.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device with improved hole injection efficiency is presented, along with a method of making the display device. A thin film transistor (TFT) is formed on an insulating substrate. A pixel electrode is electrically connected to the TFT, and a hydrophilic wall is formed between the pixel electrode and an adjacent pixel electrode. A hole injecting layer and a first organic light emitting layer covering the pixel electrode and the hydrophilic wall and formed. Then, a second organic light emitting layer and a third organic light emitting layer are formed to partly cover the first organic light emitting layer.
