First and second pixel groups receive the first and second data voltages to display first and second gray-scale images, respectively, during the first period, and receive the second and first data voltages to display the second and first gray-scale images, respectively, during the second period. Thus, display quality and viewing angle characteristic of the display apparatus are improved and flicker is prevented.
