    摘要: The disclosure describes a device and a method for high pressure and steaming heat-induced antigen retrieval. The device comprises a lower support mechanism, an isolation mechanism, a loading mechanism, a slide loading mechanism and a positioning mechanism, wherein the loading mechanism comprises at least two slide loading trays; the isolation mechanism comprises at least one upright post; and the at least two slide loading trays are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The slide loading mechanism comprises at least one slice fixation box, and a slide glass and a cover glass arranged in the slice fixation box. The cover glass is placed on the upper surface of the slide glass, and the tissue to be retrieved is placed between the slide glass and the cover glass. A limiting hole is formed in the middle of the slide loading tray, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the slide loading tray.

    摘要: A method for preparing a composition of matter, the method including: 1) mixing a Zn(NO3)2 solution, a Hg(NO3)2 solution, and a mercaptopropionic acid solution, thereby yielding a precursor solution of Zn2+—Hg2+-mercaptopropionic acid; dissolving a selenium powder and a NaBH4 solid in water thereby yielding a NaHSe slurry; mixing the precursor solution and the NaHSe slurry thereby yielding zinc-mercury-selenium (ZnHgSe) quantum dot; 2) preparing a drug delivery system including dextran-magnetic layered double hydroxide-fluorouracil (DMF); binding the drug delivery system and the ZnHgSe quantum dot in a mass ratio of 1:1-3; and grinding the drug delivery system including the ZnHgSe quantum dot (QD) thereby yielding powders; and 3) dissolving the powders in absolute ethyl alcohol thereby yielding a first suspension; ultrasonically dispersing the first suspension thereby yielding a second suspension, magnetically separating the second suspension thereby yielding a solid product, centrifuging and washing the solid product.

    摘要: An application of N1-dihydrocaffeoyl-N10-caffeoylspermidine in preparation of a drug, health product or functional food is disclosed. It belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. In the dose range of 2-100 mg/kg given to experimental animals, N1-dihydrocaffeoyl-N10-caffeoylspermidine can significantly reduce the number of activities, shorten the sleep latency and prolong the sleep duration of mice with insomnia, and at the same time, it can significantly regulate back the indicator levels of neurotransmitters such as 5-HT, 5-HIAA, GABA and Glu in the brain tissues of mice with insomnia. All of the above confirm that N1-dihydrocaffeoyl-N10-caffeoylspermidine have a sedative hypnotic effect and can be applied for the prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders such as insomnia, anxiety and depression.
