摘要： Disclosed is a coating material for a coating layer of an injection mold, the coating material including 100 parts by weight of a resin composition and about 30 to 40 parts by weight of a curing agent. The resin composition includes an amount of about 40 to 50 wt % of a first acrylic resin, an amount of about 5 to 15 wt % of a second acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight less than a weight average molecular weight of the first acrylic resin, an amount of about 10 to 15 wt % of a carbon component, an amount of about 0.5 to 2 wt % of a matting agent, an amount of about 0.1 to 0.3 wt % of a catalyst and an amount of about 20 to 35 wt % of a solvent, all the wt % are based on the total weight of the resin composition.

More particularly, disclosed are a clear paint composition for a hot stamping film which may enhance adhesion by mixing an epoxy-denatured acrylic resin and two light absorber types with an acrylic resin and a polyester polyol resin, may increase weather resistance by simultaneously blocking short and long wavelengths and may enhance chipping resistance, fouling resistance and water resistance by mixing a hardener including reactive silicone therewith, and a painting method using the same.

摘要： Disclosed are a multilayer coating film made from a natural material and a method of producing the same. The multilayer coating film may be produced by forming a multilayer coating film through formation of a color coating film for providing adhesion and color to a cork on the cork material and a clear coating film for realizing texture and supplementing properties on the color coating film. As such, the multilayer coating film may be made from a natural material to diversify the color and gloss of cork as a natural material, to additionally increase marketability of an interior material and provide various appearance, to prevent discoloration due to light (e.g. UV light.) and water permeation, and to enhance durability against abrasion, scratches and the like.

摘要： A UV-curable hard coating composition and a coated article coated with the coating composition are provided herein. The UV-curable hard coating composition can be coated on a plastic material such as polycarbonate to form a coated film having excellent material adhesion, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance. The coating composition may be coated by a general coating method. In some instances, inorganic particles as a coating component are not included in the coating composition. Few foreign substances are generated during spray-coating using the composition. The coating composition can be easily stored. Also, the coated article can be polished or recoated with the UV-curable hard coating composition if needed.

摘要： Disclosed is a one coat painting composition comprising a base including a polyester resin in an amount of about 15 to 45 wt %, a first acrylic resin in an amount of about 15 to 25 wt %, and a second acrylic resin in an amount of about 35 to 65 wt % and a coating method thereof. The composition makes it possible to maintain and improve a high gloss finish of a high gloss injection molded substrate through a single primary coating on the substrate and satisfies environment resistant properties of exterior parts, such as adhesiveness, weather resistance, and scratch resistance, and, thus, is widely suitable for use on exterior plastic parts of automobiles.
