摘要: A pendulum roller head for a resistance seam-welding machine is described, having a sliding contact current transmission device between a stator and a rotor, which device is composed of an annular disc which extends radially between rotor and stator, is fastened by its outer circumference to the stator, carries an axial sliding contact ring on its inner circumference, and is flexibly designed in its bridging part between the inner and outer circumferences. The sliding contact disc is composed of a copper braid to which the axial sliding contact ring is fastened. The sliding contact current transmission device in the form of the disc with a flexible bridging part replaces the current transmission device in the form of fluid metal which has formerly been in use in pendulum roller heads.

摘要: In a welding apparatus for the longitudinal seam welding of can bodies (31′) by way of electrode rollers (8, 17), three drive stages (4, 10, 20), by means of which the wire electrode (25) is driven in addition to the drive by the electrode rollers (8, 17), are provided in the wire course. Preferably, elastic stretching is brought about in this case by the three drive stages (4, 10, 20).

摘要: For the electrostatic coating of objects, e.g. cans, the coating material is charged by means of an electrode (9). According to the invention, the electrode is vibrated in order to prevent, as far as possible, the coating material from being deposited thereon. To this end, the electrode is embodied as a tongue that is excited by an air current (17) in such a way that it vibrates.

摘要: In the area of manufacturing covers with tear-open foils, the cover blanks, or covers are always secured against an undesired take-off from the transport means during the transport and the processing. This allows a very high manufacturing cadence equally for light covers and particularly for aluminium covers.

摘要: In order to separate tin can bodies carried by a first conveyor belt at a high speed, a second conveyor belt is taken close to the first conveyor belt and individual bodies are transferred from the first conveyor belt to the second conveyor belt. It is thus possible to separate a sequence of tin bodies into two sequences, thus facilitating further processing. The process can also be reversed to form a single sequence from two sequences.

摘要: A process for the manufacture of a solid gas and vacuum tight join between components of different physical properties using a joining element comprising a memory alloy whose memory effect gives rise to the necessary contraction or dilatation stress, in particular for the connection of a hollow body of ceramic material to a metallic object. Joins comprising a memory alloy joining element result from such process having a groove and steps and at least one further metallic or non-metallic component, in particular a hollow body.

摘要: In a seam welding process for overlapping sheets, in particular for welding can bodies, the welding force is momentarily reduced upon each insertion of a can body between the welding rollers. This keeps the welding pressure constant even at the start of a can body. In this way the power input to the sheet can be kept constant even at the start of a can body, and the weld quality even at the start of a can body satisfies requirements.
