A method of preparing polyurethane prepolymer does not require using a toxic isocyanate monomer (manufactured by harmful phosgene) as a raw material. Epoxy resin and carbon dioxide are used as major raw materials to form cyclic carbonates to be reacted with a functional group oligomer, and then amino groups in a hydrophilic (ether group) or hydrophobic (siloxane group) diamine polymer are used for performing a ring-opening polymerization, and the microwave irradiation is used in the ring-opening polymerization to efficiently synthesize the amino-terminated PU prepolymer, and then an acrylic group at an end is added to manufacture an UV cross-linking PU (UV-PU) oligomer which can be coated onto a fabric surface, and the fabric is dried by UV radiation for a surface treatment to form a washing-resisted long lasting hydrophilic or hydrophobic PU fabric.

The second alignment pattern on the non-display area is simultaneously formed with the rib barrier formation on the display area of the rear substrate, wherein the second alignment pattern is hexagonal-honeycomb. The first alignment pattern on the front substrate is simultaneously formed with the non-transparent material fabrication, such as a bus electrode or black matrix fabrication, and corresponds to a space within the second alignment pattern. The first alignment pattern comprises at least one line segment, parallel to at least one side of the hexagonal honeycomb pattern on the rear substrate with a predetermined distance therebetween.

The FPCB located under the touch pad further has a plurality of holes and a plurality of sensor elements, in which the holes are dispersed amid the sensor elements. Each of the metal domes represents a function key. By providing the plural holes surrounding the sensor elements, flexibility of the touch pad device can be enhanced and over deflection upon the touch module can be avoided, while pressing the function key.

The PDP includes a plate which does not break when experiencing a first force, an air holo for passing air above and below the plate and in air communications with the tube, and doughnut-shaped base disposed around the air hole and the tube. The protective device includes a hollow shield with a first opening on a bottom end bonded to the doughnut-shaped base for containing the tube, and a binding compound for binding the hollow shield to the doughnut-shaped base. The hollow shield remains bonded to the doughnut-shaped base when experiencing a second force which is smaller than the first force. When the hollow shield experiences an external force greater than the second force, the hollow shield will separate from the doughnut shaped base without breaking the plate.
