    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, devices, media, and methods for providing emergency data communications for citizen engagement. An embodiment operates by providing an emergency data submission link regarding an emergency notification to a plurality of communication devices. Emergency data submissions are received with the link, where each submission includes an emergency location. The embodiment verifies the submissions to generate a set of submitted emergency incidents, and displays the incidents within a graphical user interface (GUI) of an emergency response application. An embodiment operates by receiving emergency data related to a plurality of emergency incidents. The embodiment generates a heatmap that graphically represents a density of a plurality of emergency incidents. The embodiment identifies clusters of emergency incidents on the heatmap, and displays the heatmap within an interactive map within a GUI of an emergency response application accessed by an emergency service provider (ESP).

    Abstract: Described herein are systems, servers, devices, methods, and media for validating, improving, and predicting emergency locations. In some embodiments, disclosed herein is a method for validating a reported location associated with an emergency request comprises: detecting an emergency request from a first device; identifying a reported location associated with the emergency request; identifying one or more attributes associated with the emergency request; determining a location accuracy metric for the emergency request using the one or more attributes; comparing the location accuracy metric to a first accuracy threshold, wherein the reported location is converted to a validated location when the location accuracy metric meets the first accuracy threshold; and, in response to the location accuracy metric meeting the first accuracy threshold, providing the validated location to one or more recipients comprising a public safety answering point (PSAP).

In some embodiments, a method for managing access to emergency data for emergency service providers by an emergency management system includes the steps of: determining a first set of data categories to be made accessible to an emergency service provider (ESP), wherein the first set of data categories is selected from a second set of data categories; detecting an emergency alert from an electronic device; associating the ESP with the emergency alert; gathering emergency data associated with the emergency alert available for the first set of data categories; and securely transmitting, to the ESP, the emergency data associated with the emergency alert available for the first set of data categories.
