摘要: This invention is a head-worn device (e.g. headband, halo, or headset) with sensors (e.g. electrodes) which record brain activity. In an example, the device can be undulating with concave undulations which rest on the tops of a person's ears. In an example, the device can further comprise right side and left side ear prongs (e.g. arms, segments, or portions) which curve around the posterior and upper surfaces of a person's right and left ears.

摘要: This invention can be embodied in methods and systems for reducing a person's consumption of unhealthy food by providing the person with haptic and/or tactile sensations in response to detection of unhealthy food near the person and/or detection of consumption of unhealthy food by the person. Detection of unhealthy food near the person can be done using a camera on a device worn by the person. Detection of consumption of unhealthy food by the person can be done using a food consumption sensor on a device worn by the person. Haptic and/or tactile sensations can be vibrations.

摘要: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for forming and deploying an intrasaccular occlusion system which includes: a proximal neck bridge which expands within an aneurysm sac to span the aneurysm neck; a distal net or mesh which is expanded within the aneurysm sac between the proximal neck bridge and the aneurysm dome; and embolic members which are inserted into the net or mesh, wherein insertion of the embolic members expands the net or mesh.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods and devices for using a cellphone to capture images of a portion of a patient's body from different angles and distances. These images are integrated together to create a digital 3D image of the portion of the person's body which is: analyzed using machine learning and/or artificial intelligence; and/or examined by a remote healthcare provider.

摘要: This invention is eyewear (e.g. eyeglasses) with electrodes (e.g. EEG sensors) which collect brain activity data (e.g. electroencephalographic data) which can be used to predict and/or detect health events (e.g. epileptic seizure, stroke, or heart attack) or function as a BCI (Brain-to-Computer Interface) for communication. There can be anterior and posterior electrodes on the eyewear temple and the temple can have an upward and/or inward curving wave or arm. A posterior electrode can have multiple electroconductive protrusions to help penetrate between strands of hair.

摘要: This invention is a method for detecting AI-written material which evaluates authorship more directly than purely machine-based methods of AI detection. This method automatically selects relatively-rare key words and/or phrases used in a submitted body of text which is asserted to have been written by a specific person and creates a test to measure understanding of those key words and/or phrases which is administered to that person.

摘要: This invention is augmented reality eyewear with a radial, honeycomb, or nested-ring array of selectively-movable reflective elements. These reflective elements can each be moved from a first configuration which is parallel to a line of sight from an eye to a second configuration which is perpendicular to this line of sight. The second configuration reflects light displaying a virtual image to the eye and blocks environmental light in the area of the virtual image. Since light from the environment does not shine through the virtual object, the virtual object appears solid instead of “ghost like.”

摘要: This invention is a smart watch with variable-configuration displays which combine to provide a larger combined display when needed. When a person does not need a large display area, then a plurality of displays on the watch fit around the person's wrist and/or arm in a relatively compact first configuration. When the person needs a larger display area, then the plurality of displays are moved into a second configuration which creates a large, coplanar, combined display.
