摘要： A cooking apparatus performing cooking with a cooking container disposed at any desired position on a cooking plate, and a heating device thereof. The cooking apparatus includes a cooking plate to receive a cooking container thereon, and at least one working coil disposed under the cooking plate to heat the cooking container, the at least one working coil including a first portion and a second portion having a different winding structure of a conducting wire which forms the working coil so that a winding density of the conducting wire at one of the first portion and the second portion is relatively higher than the other of the first portion and the second portion.

摘要： A cooking apparatus capable of uniformly heating and cooking food laid on a grill unit using thermal energy radiated from a heating unit, includes a cabinet opened at a top surface thereof to provide an opening over which the food to be cooked is laid. A grill unit is seated in the opening of the cabinet so as to support the food over the opening. A heating unit is installed in the cabinet at a position offset from an effective grill part of the grill unit so that a front surface of the heating unit faces the grill unit to transmit thermal energy to the grill unit supporting the food laid thereon. The cooking apparatus also includes a heat blocking member to block a part of the thermal energy transmitted to an edge of the grill unit, thus allowing the thermal energy to be uniformly transmitted to the food laid on the grill unit. Thus, the cooking apparatus of the present invention allows food laid close to the edge and food laid on a central portion of the grill unit to be uniformly heated and cooked.

Accordingly, the cooking apparatus has at least one heating unit, a grill unit, such that food laid thereon is cooked by heat from the heating unit, and the cover, covering the food, defining a cooking space thereunder, and having the air ventilation structure to ventilate air into and out of the cooking space during cooking. Food and oil are prevented from being burned, so that carcinogenic substances and smoke are not generated, and convenience of use is increased.

摘要： A microwave oven, is designed such that its switches accurately sense whether a door is open or not when opening or closing the door, thus preventing microwaves from leaking out. The microwave oven includes a hook unit, a hook locking unit, a locking step, and a sensing switch. The hook unit is mounted to the door functioning to open or close a cabinet. The hook locking unit is installed in the cabinet to engage with the hook unit. The locking step is provided in the hook locking unit to catch the hook unit when the hook unit enters the hook locking unit. The sensing switch is installed in the hook locking unit to sense whether the hook unit enters the hook locking unit. A screw holding unit is provided on a predetermined portion of the locking step to hold a setscrew which functions to mount the hook locking unit to the cabinet.

The door includes a frame which is constructed to form a circumferential edge of the door and be brought into contact with a rim of the opening, and a see-through member adapted to correspond to the opening of the cooking chamber. The see-through member is projected forward so as to allow a user to observe the interior of the cooking chamber from a variety of viewing locations or angles. Furthermore, air feed holes and air discharge holes are formed near the door so as to prevent moisture of food from condensing on the see-through member.

Impedances of the ground and power lines are greatly increased by the choke coils. Accordingly, noise is prevented from being radiated to the outside through the ground lines, and from flowing to the controller through the power line, thus allowing the controller to perform a stable operation.

摘要： A non-directional frequency generator for converting direct current into alternating current includes a direct current input end connected with a direct current power source and an alternating current output end connected with an alternating current output section to prevent a spark of the non-directional frequency generator. The non-directional frequency generator converts direct current inputted from the direct current power source into alternating current, and outputs the alternating current to the alternating current output section. First and second switching sections are connected with the direct current input end and the alternating current output end in order to control the conducting status of the direct current input end and the alternating current output end of the non-directional frequency generator, respectively. A third switching section is connected in parallel with the first switching section, and is intermittently switched on when the second switching section is switched on and the first switching section is switched off. The first and second switching sections are relays, while the third switching section is an integrated gate bipolar transistor. When direct current is applied, a microcomputer switches on the non-directional frequency generator and the second switching section, and intermittently applies the direct current to the non-directional frequency generator through switching means until the first switching section is switched on. Accordingly, difference between impedances of input and output sides of the non-directional frequency generator is decreased, and the spark is prevented. Further, since direct current is intermittently applied during a brush-on period in which a conductive part and a brush of the non-directional frequency generator are in contact, the spark which is caused at the beginnings of the brush-on/off periods, is also prevented.
