A system on chip (SoC) includes a first gate line, a second gate line and a third gate line extending in a first direction, a gate isolation region cutting the first gate line, the second gate line and the third gate line and extending in a second direction across the first direction, a first gate contact formed on the second gate line arranged between the first gate line and the third gate line, and electrically connecting the cut second gate line, a second gate contact formed on the first gate line, a third gate contact formed on the third gate line, a first metal line electrically connecting the second gate contact and the third gate contact, and a second metal line electrically connected to the first gate contact.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a polymer-siRNA delivery carrier in which a siRNA is combined with a polymer and the use thereof. More specifically, there is disclosed a stable in vivo polymer-siRNA delivery carrier in which a polymer and a siRNA are combined by using charge interaction and biodegradable covalent bonding at the same time and the use thereof.The polymer-siRNA delivery carrier in which a polymer and a siRNA are combined by using charge interaction and biodegradable covalent bonding at the same time has a high siRNA deliver efficiency to a target portion in vivo. Hence, according to the polymer-siRNA binder, the siRNA for treatment can be effectively delivered to a target portion such as in vivo cancer tissue, and the like even with administration of a relatively low concentration, and thus widely used for the treatment of various kinds of diseases.

    Abstract: A converged IP messaging client transmits a session establishment request for interactive message communication. When a converged IP messaging server receives the request, it determines whether a target client of the interactive message communication uses a converged IP messaging service. If not, the converged IP messaging server transmits the session establishment request to an IWF. If it is determined that the target client is an SM client, the IWF generates an interactive message communication request by transforming a format of the session establishment request into an SMS format and transmits the interactive message communication request to the SM client. If the IWF receives an acceptance response from the SM client in response to the interactive message communication request within an effective response time, a session for the interactive message communication can be established between the converged IP messaging client and the SM client.

    Abstract: An abutment for an implant improves sealing with a fixture through the formation of a groove in a close adhesion portion. The abutment for an implant includes a screw portion, a close adhesion portion, and a head portion. The thread of a screw is formed in the screw portion so as to allow the abutment to be inserted into a fixture to be coupled by a screw. The close adhesion portion is tapered at the upper portion of the screw portion so as to be inserted into a taper portion of the fixture to come in contact with the same. The head portion is formed at the upper portion of the close adhesion portion to enable coupling of a prosthesis. The close adhesion portion has a plurality of grooves, which are formed along the circumference direction to reinforce the close adhesion with the tape portion of the fixture.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing herbal ingredients for the treatment of diabetes mellitus and more particularly, to the antidiabetic composition comprising 1) 15 herbal ingredients (i.e., Shinseng Radix, Coptis Rhizoma, Ligustri Fructus Semen, Salix spp. Cortex, Rhei coreani Rhizoma, Anemarrhena Rhizoma, Salviae Radix, Scrophulariae Radix, Lycii Cortex Radicis, Reynoutriae Radix, Platycodi Radix, Astragali Radix, Puerariae Radix, Atractylis Rhizoma, and Morus alba Radix Cortex), 2) vitamins such as B1 and B6, and 3) zinc, manganese, chromium, germanium as inorganic materials. The antidiabetic herbal composition of this invention for the prevention and treatment of diabetes serves to lower the glucose level in diabetic patients and prevent the destruction of beta-cell in the pancreas, while increasing insulin secretion based on the mechanism of recovering the function of damaged beta-cell. Further, the antidiabetic herbal composition of this invention is quite effective in the treatment of insulin-dependent (type I) diabetes and non-insulin-dependent (type II) diabetes, since it shows the constant therapeutic effect due to better stability of therapeutic effect among individual patients.
