摘要： An earring-type microphone to be hung on and used in the ear includes fixing members to be fixed to both ears of a user and a cable formed from an elastic member, of which both ends are respectively positioned at two fixing members, such that one side of the cable comes into close contact with the neck of the user. Speakers are respectively coupled to ends of the cable. A microphone part is provided at one side of the cable for inputting a voice. If force is applied to the microphone part when the user inputs the voice, the cable is stretched such that the microphone part moves from the neck of the user toward the area around the mouth. If the force applied to the microphone part is removed, the microphone part comes into close contact with the area around the mouth by the elastic force of the cable.

摘要： Methods of forming field effect transistors include selectively etching source and drain region trenches into a semiconductor region using a gate electrode as an etching mask. An epitaxial growth process is performed to fill the source and drain region trenches. Silicon germanium (SiGe) source and drain regions may be formed using an epitaxial growth process. During this growth process the bottoms and sidewalls of the trenches may be used as “seeds” for the silicon germanium growth. An epitaxial growth step may then be performed to define silicon capping layers on the SiGe source and drain regions.

摘要： Provided are field effect transistors and methods of fabricating the same. The transistor may include a substrate with an active pattern, the active pattern having a top surface and two sidewalls, a gate electrode proximal to the top surface and the sidewalls of the active pattern and crossing the active pattern, a gate spacer covering a sidewall of the gate electrode, a gate dielectric pattern at a bottom surface of the gate electrode, a source electrode on the active pattern at one side of the gate electrode, a drain electrode on the active pattern at another side of the gate electrode, and silicide patterns on surfaces of the source and drain electrodes, respectively. The gate dielectric pattern includes at least one high-k layer and the gate spacer has a dielectric constant that is smaller than that of the gate dielectric pattern.

The unified simulation system includes an input database storing input data comprising an input parameter and environment information, a unified simulator executing a unified process-device-circuit simulation of characteristics of a semiconductor apparatus based on the input data and at least one predetermined model and outputting a simulation result as output data, and an output database storing the output data. The unified simulator includes a process simulator simulating at least one process based on the input data and outputting process characteristic data, a device simulator simulating at least one device based on the process characteristic data and outputting device characteristic data, and a circuit simulator simulating a circuit comprising the at least one device. Accordingly, multiple devices can be simultaneously optimized for the optimization of circuit characteristics and an accurate specification at process and device levels can be provided.
