摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing a screen-printed bioelectrochemical sensor. A conductive polymer polyaniline is deposited on a surface of a screen-printed carbon electrode by electropolymerization. The conductive polymer has strong adsorption property, and is used for immobilization of glucose oxidase, so that the long-term stability of the glucose oxidase on the carbon electrode is improved. Meanwhile, a polyethylene glycol glycidyl ether cross-linked polymer ferrocene and the glucose oxidase are used, so that the immobilization of the glucose oxidase is further strengthened. Moreover, a hydrogel outer membrane with a cross-linking effect is used, so that the stability of an electrode product is further improved, and great linearity is maintained.

摘要: The present invention discloses a preparation method of a synthetase for continuous monitoring of blood glucose. The method includes the preparation steps of step S1: hydroxylation of a glass bead; step S2: silanization of the glass bead; step S3: bonding of the glass bead to glucose; step S4: synthesis of a polymer particle on the surface of the glass bead to form a glucose synthetase; and step S5: separation of the highly specific glucose synthetase. According to the preparation method of a synthetase for continuous monitoring of blood glucose provided by the present invention, the glass bead is bonded to the glucose by activating the surface of the glass bead, and then bonded to a polymer to form the glucose synthetase. The artificial synthetase prepared by the method has low sensitivity to temperature and pH value, and can be directly used in a blood glucose electrochemical sensor.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a two-stage blood glucose prediction method based on pre-training and data decomposition. The method includes the following steps: combining blood glucose data of healthy people and diabetic people to develop a pre-training model; collecting data of diabetic patients to be predicted; performing missing value imputation processing and smooth processing on the data of the diabetic patients; performing mode decomposition on the data; performing sample entropy analysis; importing the processed data of the diabetic patients into an ensemble learning module. In accordance with the present disclosure, the blood glucose data of healthy people and diabetic people are combined at first to train a blood glucose prediction model as a pre-training model, and the model is enabled to have a prediction data reserve, so as to solve the problem that a blood glucose concentration of a patient outside samples cannot be predicted well.

摘要: The present invention discloses an auxiliary implantation device for a biosensor. The auxiliary implantation device for the biosensor includes an emitting tube assembly, a battery assembly, and an emitter assembly. The emitting tube assembly is configured to drive a slider to emit a sensor to a human body through an elastic force and pull back the slider through the elastic force to enable the slider to be rapidly separated from the sensor. The battery assembly is configured to secure the sensor and supply power to the whole device. The emitter assembly is assembled with the battery assembly and is electrically connected with the sensor. According to the present invention, the rapid implantation of the sensor and the automatic needle withdrawal may be realized, without an external force applied by a user. Therefore, the risk of needle withdrawal failure caused by misoperation is avoided.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a redundant electrode-based electrochemical sensor and an attenuation compensation method thereof. The redundant electrode-based electrochemical sensor includes an interface base and a probe portion. The interface base is provided with three electrical connection terminals. The probe portion is provided with a primary electrode sensor and a redundant electrode sensor. The primary electrode sensor and the redundant electrode sensor are respectively provided with a counter electrode, a working electrode, and a reference electrode, and share one counter electrode. The present disclosure realizes that an unknown measurement result of the primary electrode sensor is predicted by means of known characteristics of the redundant electrode sensor, a more accurate correction value is calculated, additional attenuation compensation does not need to be performed, and conventional empirical compensation method and attenuation curve fitting method are abandoned to avoid causing errors.
