A resin encapsulation molding apparatus comprises die assembly of triple die structure and mold release film for covering two cavities respectively corresponding to two substrates. Each of the two cavities comprises inferior die cavity face, cavity side face and cavity face consisting of communication channel face. The mold release film in the state of being tensioned covers each of the two cavities along the morphology thereof. In this condition, molten resin is injected into the two cavities. The molten resin is evenly distributed into the two cavities through communication channel communicating the two cavities with each other. Thereafter, the multiple electronic parts on the two substrates are almost simultaneously immersed in the molten resin within the two cavities and are compression molded.

There is disclosed a pressure regulating valve which effectively reduces a noise of a fuel pressure regulating valve without relation to a flow amount of a fuel. In this valve, a flow collision preventing member (35) is fitted to an upper end opening portion of a bush (26), and an upper portion of the flow collision preventing member (35) is protruded to a side of a valve body (33) rather than a valve seat (28) (an upper end surface of the bush (26)). A plurality of flow passages (36) for flowing the fuel in an axial direction thereof (in a downward direction) along an inner peripheral surface of the bush (26) are formed in an outer peripheral portion of the flow collision preventing member (35) with a uniform interval. A runoff recess portion (37) running off a protruding portion of the flow collision preventing member (35) is formed in the valve body (33) positioned immediately above the valve seat (28). Since the upper portion of the flow collision preventing member (35) protrudes out to an inner peripheral side of an annular gap formed between the valve body (33) and the valve seat (28), a collision of a flow of the fuel flowing through respective portions of the annular gap toward the inner peripheral direction is prevented by the flow collision preventing member 35, a pressure pulsation due to the collision of the flow of the fuel is not generated in a lower side of the valve body 33, and a noise due to the pressure pulsation is reduced.

The manufacturing efficiency of a light emitter (product) having a lens member and a light emitting device is efficiently improved. With a molding die for forming a light emitter, a frame before the molding and bonding process, with a required number of light-emitting devices mounted thereon, is set on a setting section provided in an upper die. A required amount of transparent liquid resin material is supplied by a dispenser into each of cavities of cavity blocks provided in a lower die in correspondence to the light-emitting devices, respectively. A molding die is closed so as to elastically press the mouths of the cavities onto the light emission surfaces of the light emitting devices, respectively. Thus, the resin in each cavity is compression-molded into the lens member formed in accordance with the shape of the cavity, and simultaneously, the lens members are bonded to the light emission surfaces of the light emitting devices to obtain a light emitter emitter and accordingly a frame after the molding and bonding process.
