    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing a nanocomposite using expanded graphite. The method is characterized in that monomers are formed into a polymer between the plate-shaped layers of the expanded graphite, and the polymer is intercalated therebetween, so that the plate-shaped layers of the expanded graphite are completely exfoliated or are formed into graphene, with the result that the expanded graphite is completely dispersed in a polymer matrix. The nanocomposite manufactured by this method has excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity because the expanded graphite is uniformly dispersed in this nanocomposite.

    摘要: This invention relates to a heat control system for dissipating heat generated from for example electronic equipment, and more specifically to an effective heat-emitting material which can drastically improve not only heat diffusion in the planar direction but also heat conductivity in the perpendicular direction by filling the pores of exfoliated graphite sheets with amorphous carbon particles, and to a method of manufacturing the same. The amorphous carbon particles are thermally isotropic, and have a structure composed of microcrystals of graphite and diamond and preferably have a size of 10-110 nm.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a photo mask and a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of forming a photosensitive film pattern using the photo mask. A photo mask pattern having an exposure region, a phase-inverse region and a photosensitive region is provided. The predetermined size and shape of the patterns on the photo mask are formed. Through this manner, distortions of the photosensitive film pattern upon development are compensated and a target photosensitive film pattern can be more accurately acquired. Furthermore, the depth of focus of a photolithography process can be increased.
