    摘要: A gas supplying unit supplies a nitrogen gas into a furnace body of a graphite heating furnace in which at least a part of the furnace body is formed with a graphite. An exhausting unit exhausts a gas inside the furnace body to outside the furnace body. A dew-point temperature of the nitrogen gas supplied into the furnace body is equal to or lower than −80° C. A pressure inside the furnace body is equal to or higher than 140 Pa with respect to an atmospheric pressure outside the furnace body.

    摘要: Disclosed is a technique which is for duplicating across a wide region any large region on a chromosome of a fungus belonging to Aspergillus strain, and which enables the stable and systematic acquisition of a previously un-acquirable fungus belonging to the Aspergillus strain having novel traits. Disclosed is a transformant wherein a transformation marker gene sequence is arranged on the outside of terminals (5′, 3′) of a region so as to sandwich an arbitrary region of a chromosome, and chromosome duplication has taken place by means of homologous recombination after double strand breakage generated in a homologous region inside the gene. Also disclosed is a method for duplicating an arbitrary region of a chromosome of a fungus belonging to Aspergillus strain by culturing said transformant.

A proximal end of the scope is detachably connected to a video-signal processing unit, which produces a video signal based on the image-pixel signals. A monitor reproduces an image in accordance with the video signal. A displaying-size changer changes a size of a displaying-area of the image on a screen of the monitor to another size and vice versa. A pointer-image generator generates a pointer image on the monitor screen. A pointer-image controller controls a shifting of the pointer image on the monitor screen, and includes a pointer-image-position converter that converts a position of the pointer image on the monitor screen in accordance with the size-change of the displaying-area of the image on the monitor screen, such that two positions, indicated by the pointer image on the two-sized displaying-areas, correspond to each other.

    摘要: A device for controlling an amount of light of a lighting unit for use in an endoscope that is used to view an image of an object. A light shielding system shields light generated by a light source and transmitted to the endoscope and a stepping motor drives the light shielding system for a plurality of predetermined time intervals. A system detects a brightness of the image during each of the plurality of predetermined time intervals and an input system inputs one of a plurality of desired brightnesses of the image. A generating system generates a predetermined number of pulses during each of the plurality of predetermined time intervals, the predetermined number of pulses being transmitted to the stepping motor and a system determines an angular position of the light shielding system. A setting system sets one of a plurality of allowed brightness ranges of the image in response to the determined angular position of the light shielding system and a system determines whether the detected brightness is within the set one of the plurality of allowed brightness ranges.
