    摘要: Manufacturing a low-K dielectric organic/inorganic aerogel composite material and its application are provided. The manufacturing method comprises: (1) mixing; (2) hydrolysis; (3) condensation; (4) aging; (5) drying; (6) impregnating polymer solution; (7) phase separation and drying; and (8) cross-linking and curing. The manufacturing method can produce a low-K dielectric organic/inorganic aerogel composite material having a high strength. The low-K dielectric aerogel is in a porous structure, and its porosity is higher than 70% and its density is from 0.12 g/cm3 to 0.45 g/cm3. The dielectric property of the low-K dielectric aerogel decreases along with an increase of its porosity, wherein a dielectric constant thereof is from 1.28 to 1.89, and a dielectric loss thereof is from 0.052 to 0.023. The low-k dielectric aerogel can be used for a dielectric layer in a high-frequency circuit, an insulation layer in a semiconductor device or a microwave circuit in a communication integrated circuit.

    摘要: A method for producing an aerogel granule having a hydrophobic-hydrophilic bipolar core-shell structure combines an aerogel precursor having a hydrophilic structure with another aerogel precursor having a hydrophobic structure. The method comprises the steps of: mixing a hydrophilic alkoxysilane compound, a hydrophobic alkyl-substituted alkoxysilane compound, and an organic solvent to form a mixture; adding an acidic catalyst to the mixture to perform hydrolysis; adding a basic catalyst to the hydrolyzed mixture to perform condensation, and during the condensation adding a dispersion solvent to the hydrolyzed mixture and stirring the hydrolyzed mixture to gelate so as to form the aerogel granule having a hydrophobic-hydrophilic bipolar core-shell structure.

    摘要: The aerogel molecules mixed with aqueous solution containing a trace amount of alcohols solvent is dispersed by mixer to form an aerogel suspension dispersion solution containing a trace amount of alcohols, which can be uniformly aerogel/fiber blankets composites with mixed various types of fibrous blankets or fibrous mats, and then drying and solvent recovery to form a low-cost, low-medium electrical aerogel/fiber insulation blanket, the steps of which comprises mixed hydrolysis, suspension dispersion condensation solution, immersion composite molding, and drying and solvent recovery. This technology does not add a large amount of hydrophobic organic solvents and surfactants, and in the suspension dispersion condensation using a large amount of aqueous solution, that contained a trace amount of alcohols solvent, combined with emulsifier for suspension dispersion the hydrophobic or hydrophilic-hydrophobic complex aerogel dispersion solution, that combine aerogel dispersion solution with various types of fibrous blankets or fibrous mats by dipping and spraying, moreover, the aerogel composites drying and solvent recycling through atmospheric pressure drying technology.
