摘要: An electronic camera includes an imager which outputs an object scene image in a designated cycle. The first changer changes a distance from a focus lens to the imaging surface. The first adjustor adjusts the designated cycle to a length corresponding to an illuminance of the object scene in association with a process of the first changer. The first specifier specifies a distance range including a focal point in parallel with the process of the first changer. The second changer changes the distance from the focus lens to the imaging surface in the distance range specified by the first specifier. The second adjustor adjusts the designated cycle to a length corresponding to a contrast of the object scene in association with a process of the second changer. The second specifier specifies the distance corresponding to the focal point in parallel with the process of the second changer.

摘要: A hardened cement-based mass having a corrosive metallic material embedded therein, or containing an aggregate reactive with an alkaline substance, is impregnated with an aqueous solution containing 1 to 50% by weight of a dissolved nitrite of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal and 0.01 to 20% by weight of a dissolved organic silicon compound such as sodium methylsiliconate or potassium methylsiconate, or a dissolved or emulsified polymer thereof, or with a solution prepared by using an aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and containing 1 to 50% by weight of a dissolved nitrite of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal and 0.01 to 20% by weight of an dissolved organic silicon compound such as methyltrimethoxysilane or ethyltrimethoxysilane, or a dissolved polymer thereof, and is allowed to dry in the air. Alternatively, the mass is coated with an unsolidified cement paste, mortar or concrete containing 1 to 25% by weight of a nitrite of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal and 0.01 to 20% by weight of an organic silicon compound such as sodium or potassium methylsiliconate, or a polymer thereof, based on the weight of the cement which, e.g., the cement paste contains, and, e.g., the cement paste is allowed to harden in the air.

摘要: The present invention provides a p-type zinc oxide thin film that is clearly shown to be a p-type semiconductor based on the magnetic field dependence of the Hall voltage in the measurement of the Hall effect using a Hall bar, as well as a method for producing such a thin film with good reproducibility, and a light-emitting element thereof, and the present invention relates to the method for producing a p-type zinc oxide semiconductor thin film, for which combination is effected between a high temperature annealing step for activating a p-type dopant added to a zinc oxide thin film in order to develop the p-type semiconductor properties of zinc oxide or irradiating the thin film with an active species of p-type dopant to dope the film while the p-type dopant is active, and a low temperature annealing step in an oxidizing atmosphere, whereby conversion to a p-type semiconductor is realized, and relates to a p-type zinc oxide thin film thus produced using this method and a light-emitting element thereof, the present invention thereby affording a highly reliable p-type zinc oxide thin film, method of producing the same, and blue light-emitting element thereof.

摘要: An aqueous solution of 1-30 weight % alkali metal silicate and 0.005-10 weight % nitrite is stable and well permeable into hardened cementitious material. When applying said aqueous solution on the surface of hardened cementitious structure having metallic armatures embedded therein, it is possible not only to form surface layer improved in compactness, strength, hardness, waterproofing and weathering for preventing deterioration thereof and repair deteriorated cementitious material but also to prevent said metallic armatures from rusting.

摘要: An electronic camera includes an imaging device. The imaging device includes an imaging surface capturing an object scene through a focus lens, and produces an object scene image in a designated cycle. When a shutter button is half-depressed, an adjuster adjusts a position of the focus lens based on the object scene image produced by the imaging device. Also, a determiner determines whether or not both an illuminance and a contrast of the object scene captured by the imaging surface fall below a reference in association with a position adjusting process of the focus lens, and a controller sets a length of the designated cycle when a determination result is affirmative to be longer than that of the designated cycle when the determination result is negative.

摘要: An electronic camera includes an imaging device. The imaging device has an imaging surface capturing an object scene through a focus lens and repeatedly produces an object scene image. The focus lens is moved in an optical-axis direction in parallel with a process of the imaging device. A high-frequency component of the object scene image is extracted by a focus evaluation circuit in parallel with moving of the focus lens. A CPU specifies lens positions respectively corresponding to local maximum values found from the extracted high-frequency component. When an interval ΔF between the specified lens positions falls below a threshold value, the focus lens is placed at a lens position on the nearest side, out of the specified lens positions. When the interval ΔF is equal to or more than the threshold value, the focus lens is placed at a position different from the lens position on the nearest side.
