    Abstract: The present examples refer to methods, apparatus and techniques for obtaining a plurality of output signals associated with different sources (e.g. audio sources). In one example, it is possible to: combine a first input signal, or a processed version thereof, with a delayed and scaled version of a second input signal, to obtain a first output signal; and combine a second input signal, or a processed version thereof, with a delayed and scaled version of the first input signal, to obtain a second output signal. It is possible to determine, e.g. using a random direction optimization: scaling values, to obtain the delayed and scaled versions of the first and second input signals; and delay values, to obtain the delayed and scaled versions of the first and second input signals.

    Abstract: The present invention relates a method for creating organoids, each simulating a biological organ having an organ development state. A substrate is provided, which has a plurality of cavities, each cavity being designed, in its size and form, to receive the organ to be simulated having the organ development state to be achieved. The cavities each have the form of a recess. The recesses have a length and a width, the length being greater than the width. Microfilaments are provided, each having a length which is greater than the width of the recesses and less than the length of the recesses. The individual microfilaments are arranged in the cavities. Living culturable cells are also arranged in the cavities. Conditions provided in the cavities for the culture of the cells on the individual microfilaments. The invention relates to a cell culture and a device for producing an arrangement for creating organoids.

    Abstract: A method for three-dimensional reproduction of a biological tissue in the framework of tissue engineering. A substrate is provided and primary cells of a first cell type are deposited on the substrate. A first precursor of a substance adhering the cells is arranged on at least a selection of the primary cells of the first cell type. A second precursor of the substance adhering the cells is arranged in a locally targeted manner on the selection of primary cells of the first cell type according to a structure formed by cells of the first cell type in the tissue to be reproduced. The first precursor and the second precursor react with each other to form the substance adhering the cells, which substance adheres the selection of the primary cells of the first cell type according to the structure formed by the cells of the first cell type in the tissue to be reproduced.

    Abstract: A cell includes a transparent covering element arranged at a top side of the cell, an interior arranged below the covering element, the interior being partly filled with an electrolyte, and a semiconductor absorber arranged in or at the electrolyte. Furthermore, the cell includes one or more counterelectrodes arranged above the semiconductor absorber in the electrolyte and electrically connected to a back electrode arranged at a rear side of the semiconductor absorber facing away from the covering element, and one or more membrane enclosures, wherein a counterelectrode in each case extends within a membrane enclosure. One or more channel spaces are formed between an electrolyte surface and an underside of the covering element, the one or more channel spaces extending along one or more partial regions of the underside of the covering element and being usable for guiding away a first gas formed in the interior of the cell.
