A zinc complex represented by formula (I-0): {wherein R may be the same or different from each other and represents H; an alkyl group having 1 to 16 carbon atoms; an acyl group, a carboxyalkyl group, an acylalkyl group, a carbamoylalkyl group, a cyanoalkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, an aminoalkyl group or a haloalkyl group (here, a carbon number at an alkyl portion of these groups is 1 to 16); a carboxyl group; a carbamoyl group; a hydroxyl group; a cyano group; an amino group or; a halogeno group (provided that all are Hs are excluded)} which is capable of capturing a substance having an anionic substituent.
摘要:
A polymer carrier to which a prescribed zinc complex group is binding directly or through a spacer, having property to bond, under a certain condition, to an anionic substituent (a phosphate group, for example), showing low solubility to a solvent (preferably insolubility to a solvent) as a whole, and being capable of capturing, separating and purifying easily a substance having an anionic substituent (a phosphate group, for example).
摘要:
The present invention provides a resist substrate treating solution and a method employing the solution for treating a resist substrate. This treating solution enables to remove efficiently resist residues remaining on a surface of the resist substrate after development, and further to miniaturize a resist pattern. The solution is used for treating a resist substrate having a developed photoresist pattern, and comprises a solvent incapable of dissolving the photoresist pattern and a polymer soluble in the solvent. The developed resist substrate is brought into contact with the treating solution, and then washed with a rinse solution such as water to remove efficiently resist residues remaining on the resist substrate surface. The solvent and the polymer are preferably water and a water-soluble polymer, respectively.

It is intended to provide a method for easily detecting a phosphorylated peptide (protein) in a test sample by using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) which has been conventionally employed in analyzing a protein; a polyacrylamide gel for electrophoresis to be used in the method; a method of producing the gel; and a synthesizing intermediate in producing the gel. The polyacrylamide gel for electrophoresis to be used in the method of the invention is characterized in that at least a part of the structure thereof has a structure represented by the following formula (I); wherein M2+represents a transition metal ion; and X represents a linker group.

Provided are a method for easily detecting phosphorylated peptides, namely, proteins, in samples derived from living organisms or the like, a method for selectively adsorbing the phosphorylated peptides, and compounds that are highly coordinated to the phosphorylated peptides and usable in the methods. The complex compound is represented by the formula: wherein X is a linker moiety, and Y is a labeling group. The compound (I) is highly coordinated to a phosphorylated peptide, and has a labeling group. Accordingly, with use of the compound (I), the phosphorylated peptide can be easily identified.

The present invention provides a method for confirming existence of a phosphoric acid monoester compound (peptide, saccharine and the like) and easily identifying the molecular weight thereof even among biological samples including a plurality of compounds, and an additive for a mass spectrometry used for the method. In the method according to the present invention, a complex compound exhibiting extremely high coordination ability to a phosphoric acid monoester group and configured of single kind of zinc isotopes is used to obtain a plurality of mass spectrum data, and then the data are compared.

The present invention provides a method for measuring a surface plasmon resonance, the method enabling easy detection of the existence of a phosphorylated peptide (protein) and determination whether a peptide is phosphorylated or not in biological materials. The present invention also provides a noble metal compound having high capability of coordination to a phosphorylated peptide, and being conveniently usable in the method. A first method for measuring surface plasmon resonance of the present invention comprises: placing a noble metal compound on a bottom face of a prism, irradiating a light to the prism to detect a reflected light, wherein, the noble metal compound has substituents of following formula (I) on a side opposite to a side contacting the prism, and a subject sample is added to a side having the substituent groups (I) in the noble metal compound. [wherein, X represents a linker group]
