    摘要: A magnetic recording medium composed of an oriented polyethylene terephthalate film as a support layer and a thin magnetic metallic layer formed on one surface (A) of the support layer and optionally a lubricant layer formed on the other surface (B) of the support layer; characterized in that(1) the surface A has a center-line average (CLA) of not more than 0.005 .mu.m,(2) the surface A has a peak-to-valley (PV) value of not more than 0.06 .mu.m,(3) the number of protrusions having a height of 0.27 to 0.54 .mu.m on the surface A is at most 0.2 per mm.sup.2, and(4) the surface A is substantially free from protrusions having a height larger than 0.54 .mu.m.

    摘要: This invention relates to a photosensitive polymer composition containing as essential components (A) a soluble polymer, (B) a photopolymerizable compound having an ethylenic double bond in the molecule there of and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, the soluble polymer comprising a water-soluble polymer and an alcohol-soluble polymer, the composition having a sea-and-islands structure comprising sea containing the water-soluble polymer as a main component and islands containing the alcohol-soluble polymer as a main component, and the islands are independently in the form of sphere or oval having a diameter of 0.1 to 20 microns. The photosensitive polymer composition affords a printing plate having high image reproducibility and water-developability and capable of withstanding the coating of an aqueous polymer according to a printing method.

    摘要: A polyester film characterized by having many uneven units on its surface, each of said uneven units being composed of a fine projection and a depression existing therearound, and a process for producing aforesaid polyester film, which comprises pre-heating an unstretched polyester film containing internal particles attributed to an inert additive having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 5 .mu.m and/or a catalyst residue to a temperature of 80.degree. to 120.degree. C.; stretching the film in a first axial direction to 2.6 to 3.5 times at a temperature of 110.degree. to 145.degree. C.; thereafter, stretching the film in a second axial direction at right angles to the first axial direction to 3.0 to 4.0 times at a temperature of 100.degree. to 150.degree. C.; and then heat-setting the stretched film at a temperature of 160.degree. to 240.degree. C.
