摘要: A high-temperature-resistant casting system comprises following casting elements in a connection relationship: a sprue cup (1) and a down sprue (2) connected with a lower end of the sprue cup, wherein the other end of the down sprue is connected with one end of a filtering element (6), the other end of the filtering element is connected with a three-way pipe (3), openings in two sides of the three-way pipe are connected with one end of an inlet section of a runner (4), and one end of an outlet section of the runner is connected with a tapered elbow (5). The casting elements comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 41-51% of a refractory fiber, 40-51% of a silicate fiber and 5-19% of a binder. A preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant casting system is further provided.

摘要: The present invention provides a gypsum-based embedding material composition for casting useful for forming a rapid-heating type gypsum-based embedding material and a method for producing the same. The gypsum-based embedding material is formed of the gypsum-based powdery embedding material composition by adding a malaxation liquid into the composition and heating the mixture in a high-temperature furnace. The gypsum-based embedding material composition contains as main components, at least one co-pulverized material selected from a co-pulverized material of calcined gypsum and quartz, that of calcined gypsum and cristobalite, and that of calcined gypsum, quartz, and cristobalite. The composition further contains a powdery moisture-retaining component or a liquid moisture-retaining component having a low water content, and has an average particle diameter of 30 μm or less.

摘要: A method for inorganic binder casting including selecting a shape-forming material based on pre-determined manufacturing and shape characteristics, forming the shape-forming material by printing the shape-forming material using a plurality of additive material printers to form a casting mold, creating a liquid binder solution, the liquid binder solution configured to include at least 51% inorganic binder material by weight, the inorganic binder material having a weight ratio to the liquid binder solution between a range of 1.0 and 3.5, coating the shape-forming material with the liquid binder solution, substantially dehydrating the shape-forming material, pouring a hot liquid metal into the casting mold, and allowing said hot liquid metal to cool to form a molded part.

摘要: The invention relates to a binder, which contains water glass and further a phosphate or a borate or both. The invention further relates to a method for constructing molds and cores layer by layer, the molds and cores comprising a construction material mixture, which at least comprises a refractory molding base material, and the binder. In order to produce the molds and cores layer by layer in 3-D printing, the refractory molding base material is applied layer by layer and is selectively printed with the binder layer by layer, and consequently a body corresponding to the molds or cores is constructed and the molds or cores are released after the unbonded construction material mixture has been removed.
