摘要: The object of the invention is to provide an optical material serving as a glass substitute, showing high light transmissivity in a broad wavelength range and capable of being adequately used in producing transparent sheets, optical lenses, liquid crystal display element plastic substrates, color filter substrates, organic EL display element plastic substrates, solar cell substrates, touch panels, optical elements, optical waveguides and LED sealants, among others, by using ordinary glass fillers. The above optical material can be obtained from a transparent composite composition which comprises a transparent resin and a glass filler and in which the transparent resin has an Abbe number of not smaller than 45.

摘要: An apparatus for correcting a luminance level of a still picture obtains first and second images of the same object to produce two sets of pixels of image information. A boundary luminance level is set between the maximum and minimum luminance levels of the first image. A correspondent luminance level is determined as the luminance level of the pixels of the second image which correspond to those pixels of the first image having a luminance level equal to the boundary luminance level. A substitution correction value is determined for each pixel of the second image which corresponds with a pixel of the first image having a luminance level above or below the boundary luminance level. Each substitution correction value is a function of the boundary luminance level and the correspondent luminance level. Each pixel of the first image which has a luminance level above or below the boundary luminance level is replaced with the corresponding pixel of the second image corrected by the respective substitution correction value, the replaced pixel being within a luminance range extending from the minimum to the maximum luminance level of the first image.

摘要: There are provided a process for producing a two-layered tape for TAB, which comprises forming desired holes in a semi-cured polyamic acid film formed on a release film or in a semi-cured polyamic acid film subjected to stretching of 10% or more, then pressure-bonding the resulting film or film laminate to a conductor foil or a conductor foil on which a semi-cured light-transmittable polyamic acid film is formed, so that the polyamic acid film and the conductor foil contact with each other or the two polyamic acid films contact with each other, conducting imidization, and thereafter forming a desired pattern in the conductor foil; a process for producing a stretched polyamic acid film by subjecting a polyamic acid film to stretching of 10% or more; and a process for producing a flexible base board for printed circuit or a flexible printed circuit board with a cover layer, both using said stretched polyamic acid film.
