    摘要： A pore ruler for objectively measuring attributes of facial skin pores and methods of using same. The pore ruler device includes a scale having indicia of at least two different pore attributes captured in a medium, determined by the following steps: (i) Taking multiple photographs of multiple subjects; (ii) Sorting the photographs, thereby classifying them according to said pore attributes to obtain sorted data; (iii) Analyzing said sorted data; (iv) Selecting representative images from each bin, thereby creating a pore ruler scale; and (v) Validating said pore ruler scale by clinicians and consumers to show that consumers can distinguish pore attributes and correlate them with said scale. A cosmetic product system is also provided which includes a cosmetic composition for reducing the appearance of facial skin pores, and a pore ruler device packaged with the composition. A method for assessing pore attributes on the pore ruler scale, as well as of evaluating progress of the combat against the signs of pores occurring over a period of time within which the composition is applied to an area of skin being monitored is provided.

The surfactant system comprises from 5 to 85 wt % in which the amount of soap is from 20 to 50 wt %, the amount of anionic is from 10 to 65 wt %, and the amount of nonionic is from 15 to 70 wt %, and wherein from 75 wt % to 100 wt % of the soap is present in the form of a granule which is dry-mixed with the other components, and the soap granule has a concentration of soap of at least 75 wt % based on the weight of the granule.

Said solvent is present in sufficient amount to provide the effervescent action, and has a higher solubility in an aqueous surfactant-containing composition than in water, the boiling point of said solvent being lower than the typical temperature during the washing process.

    摘要： The present invention is directed to a device for dispensing a unit dose water-soluble pouch containing a laundry additive during the spin cycle of a washing machine process having a spinning wash drum. The device is attached to the vertical center post of a washing machine and holds a water-soluble pouch above the high water level. During the spin cycle, the spinning center post will create sufficient centrifugal force so that the water-soluble pouch is released from the device. The water-soluble pouch will then fall into the laundry where the water-soluble pouch will dissolve when rinse water fills the machine thereby releasing the laundry additive to treat the washed articles.

Preferably, the substituent comprises diphenylethyl. Optionally, the siloxane can be capped by the residue of a substituted vinyl group other than R4 or an alkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl alcohol.
