摘要: A wireless communications device with a wireless module and a controller module is provided. The wireless module performs wireless transmission and reception to and from a service network comprising at least two first home base stations having the same physical cell identity (PCI) or physical scrambling code (PSC), a plurality of second home base stations neighboring the first home base stations, and a macro base station. The controller module receives a message from the macro base station via the wireless module, requests the wireless module to detect a plurality of PCIs or PSCs respectively corresponding to the first home base stations and the second home base stations in response to the message, and transmits to the macro base station via the wireless module the detected PCIs or PSCs, prior to being handed over to the one of the first home base stations from the macro base station.

摘要: A high performance real-time turbo code system is proposed. The proposed system exploits cooperative coding architecture and a proper decoding scheduling to achieve low error rate within a constrained latency. Permutation schemes and hardware embodiments utilizing the cooperative coding are also shown. Various memory saving techniques are provided to reduce memory usage in both encoder and decoder. The proposed system is compatible with 3rd generation mobile standards and cost of designing new parts exclusively for the proposed system can be minimized. This invention can provide substantial coding and system capacity gains for real-time applications in a wireless environment.

摘要: A signal interference handling method adapted to a cellular system, and a system and an apparatuses using the same are provided, where the cellar system includes a macro/micro cell base station (MBS), a home base station (HBS), and a MBS-served mobile station (m-MS), and the signal interference handling method includes steps. The m-MS detects whether there is mutual interference. The m-MS sends an interference mitigation (IM) request to the HBS if there is mutual interference. The HBS enters a low duty mode (LDM) after the HBS receives the IM request.

摘要: The present invention discloses a transmission method and apparatus for a wireless communication system. The data transmission method comprises the following steps. A first data mapped in a QAM constellation pattern is transmitted in a first transmission. And a second data, which is reversion of the first data and mapped in said QAM constellation pattern, is retransmitted. In embodiment, the interleaved data is partially swapped based on a predetermined swapping pattern. In another embodiment, first interleaved data and second interleaved data are multiplexed per N bits, N is an integer larger than 1. Therefore, improvement of reliability at first transmission or retransmission in a wireless communication system can be achieved.

摘要: A resource allocation method and a resource indication method for E-MBS system, and a mobile station using the same are proposed. The resource units of a first service flow are allocated following the end of the E-MBS MAP of the E-MBS region, along with the increasing of frequency domain index. When the edge of the E-MBS region in frequency domain is reached, the resource units of mth service flow are continued to be allocated from top frequency domain index in next time domain index, where m is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The resource units of m+1th service flow are allocated following the mth service flow, and such procedures are repeated until all service flows are allocated required resource units. The resource indication method indicates a specific service flow by absolute location in the E-MBS region formed based upon the resource allocation method.

摘要: A method for mobile communication and a system thereof are provided. The system for mobile communication includes a main base station and a plurality of sub-communication devices. The sub-communication device is one of a sub-base station and a user equipment. The sub-base stations and the user equipments are located in the macrocell of the main base station. The method includes the following steps. First, locations of the sub-communication devices are obtained. Then, the sub-communication devices are grouped based on the locations of the sub-communication devices. And, an allocation of resource blocks is obtained according to the grouping results. The sub-communication devices receive the allocation of resource blocks for control signaling and data transmission. And, the usage of same resource blocks are enabled by the sub-base station allocated in the same resource blocks in response to receipt of the allocation.

摘要: An interleaver and method of interleaving operate on data represented in a sequence of symbols to produce an interleaved sequence of symbols. The interleaver performs intra-block and inter-block permutations on the sequence of symbols. An encoder and method of encoding operate on data represented in a source sequence of symbols. The source sequence of symbols is encoded into a first sequence of codewords and interleaved using intra-block and inter-block permutations to produce a sequence of interleaved symbols. The sequence of interleaved symbols is encoded into a second sequence of codewords. A decoder and method of decoding operate on data represented in a sequence of received symbols. The sequence of received symbols comprises a formatted copy of the source sequence of symbols and the first and the second sequence of codewords.
