A liquid toner digitally printable media including: a paper substrate; and a toner receiving layer established on at least one surface of the paper substrate. The toner receiving layer includes: pigments, binders, and at least one of cationic polymers and metallic salts. The pigments are from 60 to 95% of total dry weight of the toner receiving layer. The pigments include a major pigment which is at least 60 weight percent of total pigment dry weight. The major pigment includes a rod-like pigment selected from the group consisting of ground calcium carbonate, precipitated calcium carbonate, other rod-like forms of calcium pigment, and combinations thereof.

The present invention provides ink jet recording media suitable for use in making polymeric film laminates, and film laminates thereof. The recording medium comprises a substrate and two ink-receptive coating layers. The first ink-receptive layer comprises a water-soluble polymer and alumina hydrate particulate, and the second ink-receptive layer comprises a water-soluble quaternary amine-containing polymer. The ink jet recording media are capable of providing recorded images having good image quality waterfastness, and lightfastness.

This invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive article, such as a tape, comprising a backing and a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating. The adhesive coating comprises microspheres chemically bonded to a cross-linked polymer network. The adhesive coating is prepared from a mixture comprising a multifunctional aziridine cross-linking agent; a microsphere adhesive having carboxylic acid functional groups; and a binder adhesive having carboxylic acid functional groups. The cross-linked adhesive polymer network provides high cohesive strength and microspheres in the adhesive provide a method of controlling the peel strength. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are particularly suitable for use on transcript imaging films, where they can be cleanly removed from the film.

A system-in-package (SiP) system-integration integrated circuit (IC) chip package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The package includes a substrate, a passive device and two IC chips are provided on the substrate, an adhesive film is disposed between each of the two IC chips and the substrate, the IC chips are connected to first pads on the substrate through bonding wires, and the substrate is covered by a mold cap. A third IC chip may be further disposed on one of the IC chips, and the third IC chip is connected to the first pad and the IC chip under the third IC chip respectively through a bonding wire. A substrate adopting a surface mount technology (SMT) PAD window-opening manner is used, chip mounting is performed on the substrate, and the substrate undergoes reflow soldering, cleaning, die bonding, plasma cleaning, bonding, marking, cutting, and packing, so that the SiP system-integration IC chip package is manufactured. The package of the present invention integrates devices of different types, has a complete system function, and can be used as a middle stage of further development of system on chip (SoC).
