    摘要: A resist inspection apparatus is provided which has a configuration in which a reticle is separated from a pellicle. A reticle cassette is made up of two pieces of plate members. A hollowed portion with a shape allowing the reticle to be inserted into the plate member. Another hollowed portion having a shape being slightly larger than that of the resist of the reticle is formed on the plate member. In the circumference of the hollowed portion is placed a pellicle frame on which a protective film is formed in a stretched manner. In the concave portion is housed in the reticle with a resist on the reticle directed toward the hollowed portion. The reticle is put in sealed space.

    摘要: A computer functioning as three-dimensional (3D) computer aided design (3D-CAD) system executes the process for selecting a 3D model of a component from a library. The process includes a step for designating a category of a component; a step for displaying a menu for designating values of category-dependent items representing a specification of the component; a step for narrowing down, on the basis of the designated value, records of a database, in which each record for each component includes the items representing the specification; a step for extracting a possible value of an item with its value being undetermined and accordingly updating a choice(s) selectable via the menu; and a step for determining, to be a 3D model to be loaded from the library, the 3D model of the component uniquely determined after repeating the above-mentioned steps for narrowing-down, extracting and updating for one time or more.

    摘要: A mixer blade assembly is provided for medium and high viscosity liquid which does not cause the generation of an insufficiently mixed region of a doughnut-shaped configuration within the liquid to be mixed and therefore has excellent mixing performance. The mixer blade assembly for medium and high viscosity liquid includes a rotary shaft including at least two support posts spaced apart from each other; a plurality of plate-shaped inclined blades secured on each of the support posts and spaced apart from each other into multiple stages, the leading edge of each of the blades being displaced rearwardly or forwardly as viewed from the axis of blade rotation from the upper stage to the lower stage; and a bottom impeller secured on the support posts and being located in proximity with the bottom surface of the mixing vessel. The generation of an unmixed region of a doughnut-shaped configuration within the liquid can be eliminated due to generation of a one loop flow pattern within the mixing vessel, and an excellent mixing performance can be achieved for liquids with a wide range of Reynolds number due to suppression of the delamination of flow flowing over the upper surface of each blade.
