摘要： An automatic lathe is capable of rapidly and easily switching between machining of a material with a guide bush and machining of the material without the guide bush. The automatic lathe has a guide bush support table, a support table fixing device for fixing the guide bush support table, a guide member rotatably installed on the guide bush support table so as not to move forward and backward, a guide bush detachably fitted to the tip of the guide member, a driving device for rotating the guide bush, a rotation transmission device for transmitting the rotation of the guide member to the spindle, and a spindle moving device for moving the spindle forward and backward within the guide member. A spindle fixing device positions and fixes the spindle at a specified position on the guide bush support table when the guide bush is removed from the guide member.

摘要： An automatic lathe is provided which is capable of rapidly and easily switching between machining of a material with a guide bush and machining of the material without the guide bush. The automatic lathe has a head stock (6) and a guide bush support table (1). The head stock (6) is provided with a spindle drive motor (8). The guide bush support table (1) is provided with a guide bush rotating motor (11). There are provided: support table fixing means (15) for positioning and fixing the guide bush support table (1); a guide member (12) rotatably installed on the guide bush support table (1) and regulated so as not to move forward and backward and having a through-hole formed for a spindle (3) to be inserted therein; a guide bush (4) detachably fitted to the tip of the guide member (12); and spindle fixing means (37) for positioning and fixing the spindle (3) on the guide bush support table (1) at a specified position when the guide bush (4) is removed from the guide member (12).

摘要： A work machining apparatus capable of reducing the stand-by time in each main spindle as much as possible and can improve the operation ratio is provided.In a work machining apparatus having at least one movable spindle 22 which moves forward and backward between the work supply position and the work take-out position, in which a work is supplied to movable main spindle 22 at the supply position, the movable main spindle 22 is moved from the supply position to the take-out position and the work is taken out from the movable main spindle 22 at the supply position, whereby the work is conveyed from the supply position to the take-out position, wherein a tool rest 6 corresponding to the movable main spindle 22 is provided integrally with the movable main spindle 22 and movably on the movable spindle 22, thereby enabling the tool on the tool rest 6 to process the work held on the movable main spindle 22 during the conveyance movement of the work by the movable main spindle 22.

The adjusting mechanism further comprises a carrying member (40) having a front face (40b) disposed around the material lead-out end (22b) of the guide bush and carrying the guide bush, a pressing member (42) disposed near the front face of the carrying member movably relative to the carrying member and linearly movably relative to the guide bush along a guiding axis and causing the radial elastic displacement on the material support part by the relative linear motion, and a feed screw structure (44) causing the relative linear motion between the pressing member and the guide bush by the screwing motion of a screw.
