    摘要: An automatic lathe is provided which is capable of rapidly and easily switching between machining of a material with a guide bush and machining of the material without the guide bush. The automatic lathe has a head stock (6) and a guide bush support table (1). The head stock (6) is provided with a spindle drive motor (8). The guide bush support table (1) is provided with a guide bush rotating motor (11). There are provided: support table fixing means (15) for positioning and fixing the guide bush support table (1); a guide member (12) rotatably installed on the guide bush support table (1) and regulated so as not to move forward and backward and having a through-hole formed for a spindle (3) to be inserted therein; a guide bush (4) detachably fitted to the tip of the guide member (12); and spindle fixing means (37) for positioning and fixing the spindle (3) on the guide bush support table (1) at a specified position when the guide bush (4) is removed from the guide member (12).

The automatic lathe has a guide bush support table, a support table fixing device for fixing the guide bush support table, a guide member rotatably installed on the guide bush support table so as not to move forward and backward, a guide bush detachably fitted to the tip of the guide member, a driving device for rotating the guide bush, a rotation transmission device for transmitting the rotation of the guide member to the spindle, and a spindle moving device for moving the spindle forward and backward within the guide member. A spindle fixing device positions and fixes the spindle at a specified position on the guide bush support table when the guide bush is removed from the guide member.

A first tool post is movable together with a second main shaft in the direction of a main shaft axis and in a direction orthogonal thereto in a plane, while a second tool post is movable at least in the same biaxial direction as the directions of movement of the first tool post. A control device superposes the movement required for the first tool post to machine work on the movement required for the second tool post to machine work, so that the machining operation of the work by the tool on the first tool post and the machining operation of the work by the tool on the second tool post are simultaneously performed.

The controller includes an angle sensor switching unit operable to select and activate one of the plurality of the angle sensors and then to switch over to an activation of another one of the angle sensors in the event that the one of the angle sensors is determined abnormal.

    摘要: A wheel support bearing assembly includes rolling elements interposed between outer and inner members, and sensor units are fitted to one of the outer and inner members, which serves as a stationary member. Each of the sensor units includes a strain generating member, having two or more contact fixing segments fixed to the stationary member, and two or more sensors fitted to the strain generating member for detecting strains occurring in the strain generating member. The two or more contact fixing members are arranged at the same axial positions of the outer diametric surface of the stationary member in a fashion spaced in a circumferential direction. A calculating section is provided for estimating the load acting in the wheel support bearing assembly by the sum of respective output signals of the sensors.
