Abstract:
A wireless data card and an electronic device, which relate to wireless communication equipment, are adapted to solve the technical problem that the exposed size of an antenna of a built-in wireless data card used in an existing electronic device is too small to achieve a desired performance of receiving radio signals for the antenna. The wireless data card includes a data card body and an antenna electrically connected to the data card body. An elastic structure capable of enabling the antenna to extend out of the data card body and also retract into the data card body is disposed between the data card body and the antenna. The electronic device includes a device case provided with a device port and the wireless data card disclosed above in this disclosure, in which the wireless data card is disposed in the device case and relative to the device port, and the antenna is disposed relative to the device port. This disclosure is applied for transmitting wireless data communication signals.
Abstract:
A method for an access service network gateway (ASN-GW) to provide multicast and broadcast services (MBSs) through a plurality of base stations (BSs) in an MBS zone. The method includes: generating a plurality of synchronization maps (SYNC MAPs) including synchronization information for the BSs to generate MBS data frames; and transmitting to the BSs the generated SYNC MAPs, one in each of a plurality of schedule intervals.
Abstract:
A standalone and grid-tie power inverter includes a DC-to-AC converter, an output circuit electrically connected to the DC-to-AC converter, and a control unit electrically connected to the DC-to-AC converter and the output circuit. The DC-to-AC converter converts a DC power source into an AC power output. The output circuit includes a grid-tie switch for connecting the AC power output to a grid or isolating the AC power output from the grid. The control unit instructs the DC-to-AC converter to provide the AC power output based on a command signal and a feedback signal from the DC-to-AC converter. The control unit controls the grid-tie switch to switch the standalone and grid-tie power inverter between a standalone mode and a grid-tie mode.
Abstract:
A rack-mounted KVM module is configured for a server rack. An L-shaped supporting frame, which has a vertical plane and a horizontal plane, is coupled to the sever rack. A flat panel display is coupled to the vertical sliding rail to move along the L-shaped supporting frame horizontally. A keyboard module is coupled to the horizontal sliding rail to move along the L-shaped supporting frame horizontally. A positioning mechanism is disposed in the horizontal sliding rail. The positioning mechanism consists mainly of an outer rail, an inner rail, a link bracket, a latch and a positioning switch. The latch is swiveled to engage a notch of the latch in a block portion of the outer rail or to remove the notch thereof from the block portion to respectively lock or unlock a fixed position when the link bracket is slid along the inner rail by moving the positioning switch.
Abstract:
A sliding flat panel display and keyboard module for monitoring and controlling server computers on a server rack is described. The sliding flat panel display and keyboard module has an L-shaped supporting frame, a vertical sliding rail, a horizontal sliding rail, a flat panel display, and a keyboard. The vertical sliding rail and the horizontal sliding rail are respectively disposed on a vertical surface and a horizontal surface of the L-shaped supporting frame. The flat panel display couples to the vertical sliding rail and the keyboard couples to the horizontal sliding rail, so that the flat panel display and the keyboard are able to slide on the L-shaped supporting frame horizontally.
Abstract:
A semiconductor structure and a method for its manufacture are provided. In one example, the structure includes a well region doped with a first type dopant (e.g., a P-type or N-type dopant). A gate pedestal formed over the well region has two ends, one of which at least partially overlies the well region and is doped with the first type dopant. A dielectric layer is positioned between the gate pedestal and the well region. Source and drain regions formed on opposite sides of the gate pedestal within the well region are doped with a second type dopant opposite in type to the first type dopant.
Abstract:
An adjustable air stream introducing device for reinforcement of a blowing power of a primary air stream flowing through a duct, includes a tubular coupler disposed downstream of the duct to confine an annular space. A surrounding seat member is disposed securely in the annular space, and has a plurality of internal ports angularly displaced from one another. A surrounding sash member has a plurality of external ports, and overlies on and is turnable relative to the seat member via a motor-driven actuator member so as to adjust the overlying areas of the external and internal ports, thereby adjusting the amount of the introduced air stream through the annular space.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a millimeter-wave passive FET switch by using impedance transformation network to transfer the effective capacitance seen from the drain to source of an FET at off-state to low impedance, while transfer low impedance seen at on-state to high impedance. Since both on-state and off-state are transferred to high impedance, and low impedance respectively, a high-performance switch can be achieved. Since the size of the transformation network is small, the performance of the switch can be promoted with low cost.
