    摘要: The present invention relates to a composition for soft coat films having a soft tactile impression, which is characterized by containing as essential components (a) an urethane acrylate having a molecular weight of 500-50,000 and (b) a tactile improver, and to a method for producing soft coat films using such a composition. The soft coat film obtained by the present invention has a soft surface tactile impression just like buckskin and excels in such surface properties as wear resistance, impact resistance and scuffing resistance.

    摘要: The invention relates to a transfer sheet suitable for the formation of electrode patterns, dielectric layers, barrier layers, etc. in plasma display panels (PDPs), field emission displays (FEDS), liquid crystal displays (LCDS), fluorescent displays, hybrid integrated circuits, etc. The transfer sheet comprises a base film and a transfer layer releasably provided on the base film, optionally with a protective film provided on the transfer layer. The transfer layer comprises an inorganic component including a glass frit and an organic component removable by firing, optionally with an electrically conductive powder. By specifying the surface roughness and surface gloss of the transfer layer, the releasability of the transfer layer with respect to the base or protective film, and the residual solvent content of the transfer layer, it is possible to form, with high accuracy, primer layers, dielectric layers on front or back panel plates, photosensitive black matrix layers, and photosensitive rib layers for use with PDPs, and form high-definition electrode patterns as well.

    摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a transfer sheet which is suitable for forming high-precision patterns for electrode layers, dielectric layers, barrier layers, etc. in the process of fabricating plasma display panels, image display devices, thermal heads, integrated circuits, etc., and which enables fabrication times to be reduced with improved yields, and has improved surface smoothness, a uniform thickness and good profile precision, and a pattern-forming method. The transfer sheet of the invention comprises a base film 11 having a concave pattern formed on one side thereof and an ink layer 13 filled in the concave pattern portion 12 in the base film 11, said ink layer being composed of an inorganic component comprising at least a glass frit and a resinous component that is to be removed by firing. Preferably, a second ink layer is stacked on the concave pattern with the ink layer filled therein, and a third ink layer is stacked on the second ink layer. In the pattern-forming method of the invention, the transfer sheet is laminated from an ink layer side thereof on an associated substrate to transfer the concave pattern onto the associated substrate, and the associated substrate having the concave pattern is then fired.
