Abstract: The driver circuit according to the invention includes a receiver module, a counter unit, isolation units and a voltage regulation unit. The receiver module receives an initiation signal and performs filtering using a low-pass filter to convert the initiation signal into a driving signal which is transmitted to the counter unit. Upon receiving the driving signal, the output terminals of the counter unit are sequentially activated to output a control signal. The isolation units may be diodes or transistors adapted to output an isolated control signal. The voltage regulation unit includes a plurality of resistors and is adapted to output a control voltage corresponding to one of the resistors according to the isolated control signal. The control voltage is useful in shifting the operation of an electrical device from one operation state to another.

Abstract: A disposable patient isolation hood is provided and includes a frame and an isolation element, wherein the frame includes a base and a support bridge, and two ends of the support bridge are respectively connected to the first end portion and the second end portion of the base. The isolation element is flexible, and at least a part thereof is made of a transparent material. The isolation element is arranged to cover the support bridge to form a space that can encompass at least a part of the subject in need. The disposable patient isolation hood is easy to carry and has high mobility, so that medical practitioners can be isolated and protected during medical treatment of patients even in the absence of medical resources or in emergency situations.

Abstract: An elastic sleeve method and apparatus for use with a bar of soap to limit the surface area of the soap that is exposed, and reduce the rate of shrinkage of the bar of soap. The sleeve comprises a container of elastic material having a top, bottom, and an elastic opening for insertion of a soap cake. The elastic material has form-fitting dimensions adaptable to the shape of an underlying soap cake. The elastic material also has a plurality of apertures to provide atmospheric communication through the elastic sleeve to an inserted soap cake's surface and a plurality of bristles on the bottom to enhance suds and exfoliation.
