    摘要: An adhesive composition of the present invention is characterized by including: an acrylic copolymer (A) containing 30 to 77% by weight of a structural unit (a1) derived from an alkyl acrylate monomer in which an alkyl group has 5 to 20 carbon atoms; 20 to 60% by weight of a structural unit (a2) derived from an alicyclic group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer; 0.01 to 5% by weight of a structural unit (a3) derived from a tertiary amino group-containing monomer that is derived from (meth)acrylic acid; and 0.1 to 10% by weight of a structural unit (a4) derived from a monomer containing a functional group excluding tertiary amino groups, and a crosslinking agent (B),According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an adhesive composition capable of allowing the crosslinking reaction with a crosslinking agent to proceed smoothly and also shortening the period for stabilizing the adhesive composition without the use of heavy metals whose adverse impacts on the environment are concerned, while achieving a sufficient level of adhesion strength to an adherend regardless of the degree of the surface polarity thereof.

    摘要: It is an object to provide an optical recording medium-producing sheet that enables a protective layer or stamper-receiving layer to be formed easily and inexpensively and gives a good yield. A composition having an energy ray-curable component as a principal component thereof is applied onto a substrate 12, a coating layer thus obtained is irradiated with energy rays so as to semi-cure the energy ray-curable component, thus forming an energy ray-curable layer 11 having an adhesive strength of not less than 10 mN/25 mm, and then a substrate 12′ is superposed onto the energy ray-curable layer 11, whereby an optical recording medium-(optical disk-) producing sheet 1 is obtained.

    摘要: A hard coat film comprises a hard coat layer formed by coating at least one face of a substrate with a coating fluid and curing the obtained coating layer by irradiation with an ionizing radiation. The coating fluid comprises a component for forming a hard coat layer comprising (A) a compound which is formed by bonding an organic compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group to fine particles of silica, (B) an ester of (meth)acrylic acid having an alicyclic structure and (C) a compound having at least two polymerizable unsaturated groups and at least one aryl group in a molecule. The hard coat layer comprises 20 to 60% by weight of silica and has a refractive index of 1.53 or greater. The hard coat film exhibits excellent scratch resistance, little shrinking by curing and little shrinking and curling under high temperature and humidity and forms no optical interference fringes.

    摘要: A double coated pressure sensitive adhesive tape comprising pressure sensitive adhesive layers which comprise an acrylic ester-based copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 700,00 or greater and a content of a butyl acrylate unit of 90% by mass or greater and 40 to 60% by mass of a tackifier as main components and are disposed on both faces of a core material, wherein the thickness of the entire tape including the core material and the adhesive layers is 30 μm or smaller, and the thickness of the adhesive layer on each face is 2 to 10 μm. The tape is transparent and thin, is advantageously used for fixing members of portable terminals such as portable telephones and PDA and thin film displays, laminating substrates in optical disks and fixing polarizing plates and exhibits excellent adhesive strength and holding power at high temperatures.

    摘要: The present invention provides a light transmitting hard coat film for use in touch panels, which comprises: (A) a light transmitting hard coat layer composed of a cured product of an ionizing-radiation-curable compound; (B) a high refractive index layer composed of a cured product of an ionizing-radiation-curable compound and containing antimony-doped tin oxide plus zirconium oxide and/or titanium oxide, as metal oxides, which has a refractive index in the range of 1.65 to 1.90 and a thickness of 30 to 160 nm; and (C) a low refractive index layer composed of a cured product of a siloxane-based curable compound which has a refractive index in the range of 1.40 to 1.55 and a thickness of 10 to 50 nm, all the layers being laminated on one side of a light transmitting base film in this order. The light transmitting hard coat film for use in touch panels has a high light transmittance and can produce transmitted light of blue color.
