摘要： A fluid activatable adhesive for a liner-free label and methods of using are described. Preferably, the adhesive composition includes a polymer, such as an emulsion polymer formed from monomers selected from the group consisting of butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS), a salt of AMPS, such as its sodium salt, styrene, and combinations thereof. The adhesive composition adheres to the liner-free label to the surface of a substrate that is at room temperature, at room temperature and wet, cold, or cold and wet. In preferred embodiments, the substrate is glass or plastic, such as polyethylene terephthalate.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide a resin composition for optical articles, which has a blue light-blocking function, is white and transparent, and does not look yellow; and a laminate. According to at least one embodiment, the resin composition includes (A) 1 to 5 parts by mass of white inorganic microparticles and (B) 100 parts by mass of a transparent base resin. The resin composition is characterized in that (i) the white inorganic microparticles have an average particle diameter of 10 to 80 nm and (ii) the difference between the refractive index of the white inorganic microparticles and the refractive index of the base resin is 0.1 or more. According to at least one embodiment, there is provided a laminate which includes a hard coat layer or a cohesive/adhesive agent layer each made from the resin composition and a poly(meth)acrylic imide resin film layer.

The composition comprises a blend of an acidic copolymer derived from a first group of monomers comprising at least one acidic monomer, and a basic copolymer derived from a second group of monomers comprising at least one basic monomer. The basic copolymer may comprise an amide functionality. In some embodiments, the composition comprises an acidic (meth)acrylic copolymer having a Tg less than 0° C., which is derived from a first group of monomers comprising at least one acidic monomer, and a basic (meth)acrylic copolymer having a Tg less than 0° C., which is derived from a second group of monomers comprising at least one basic monomer. Additionally, the composition may comprise a minimum of 0.10 moles of acid/base pairs per kilogram of composition.
