    Abstract: Provided is a power semiconductor cooling module for an electric vehicle. The power semiconductor cooling module for an electric vehicle, according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, is electrically connected to a motor and comprises: a box-shaped housing part having an inner space; a power element part disposed in the inner space and electrically connected to a motor via at least one busbar; a heat dissipation part disposed in the inner space so as to make contact with the power element part in order to cool heat generated from the power element part; and a heat backflow prevention member disposed so as to surround at least a portion of the total length of the busbar, and disposed so as to make contact with the heat dissipation part.

According to this, the composite panel for the battery pack and the battery pack comprising same can simultaneously express the effects of detecting the temperature and swelling of the battery cell by including the sensor unit, and very easily controlling the temperature of the battery cell by having excellent heat dissipation characteristics by including the heat dissipation sheet part, and predetermined heat generation due to the heating sheet part.

    Abstract: Provided is a cooling member for a battery module. The cooling member for a battery module according to one embodiment of the present invention is a cooling member for a battery module having a cooling plate that contacts a plurality of battery cells to transfer heat emitted from the battery cells to the outside. The cooling member is implemented by including a predetermined pattern to accommodate at least a part of the outer surface of the battery cells on a main surface along the longitudinal direction thereof, and an insulating heat dissipation layer which covers a part or all of the outer surface of the cooling plate so as to be interposed between the battery cells to be accommodated on the predetermined pattern and the cooling plate.

    Abstract: Provided is a heat-dissipating elastic body composition. The heat-dissipating elastic body composition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic matrix-forming component including a base resin and a vulcanizing agent, and a heat-dissipating filler. Accordingly, the heat-dissipating elastic body may protect a heating element from a physical stimulus such as a vibration or impact transmitted from the outside to a heat dissipater, and rapidly transduce and radiate heat generated in the heating element. In addition, the heat-dissipating elastic body may minimize vibrations caused by a physical stimulus applied from the outside and a noise thereby by minimizing a gap between a heating element and an exterior material, a heat dissipating element or the like, which is adjacent thereto/in close contact therewith. Further, the heat-dissipating elastic body heating element may minimize deterioration by heat generated by a heating element or an external chemical stimulus and may be easily implemented in various shapes, and therefore, it may be widely applied to all industries requiring heat dissipation.
