Abstract: An insulating heat dissipation coating composition including a coating layer-forming component including a subject resin, and an insulating heat dissipation filler. Therefore, the coating composition may have excellent thermal conductivity and excellent thermal emissivity, and therefore an insulating heat dissipation coating layer which exhibits excellent heat dissipation performance and has insulating property may be formed. In addition, the heat dissipation coating layer formed thereby has a very excellent adhesive strength to a surface to be coated so as to significantly prevent peeling of the coating layer during use, and to maintain durability of the coating layer even against a physical or chemical stimulus such as external heat, organic solvent, moisture or shock, which is generated after the coating layer is formed.

Abstract: A coil component having a magnetic core, a bobbin accommodating the magnetic core, and at least one pair of coils wound around the outer part of the bobbin. The bobbin is implemented as a heat radiating member comprising: a polymer matrix; and graphite-nano metal composites which are provided in a plurality, are dispersed on the polymer matrix, and have nano-metal particles bonded to the surface of graphite. Accordingly, the heat generated from a coil component due to an applied current can most quickly and efficiently be conducted and radiated outside, and thus degrading of common-mode-noise rejection function is prevented and a differential signal can substantially be passed without attenuation. In addition, in spite of the heat generated from the coil component or external physical and chemical stimulation, heat radiating properties can last for a long time.

Abstract: Provided is a heat-dissipating elastic body composition. The heat-dissipating elastic body composition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic matrix-forming component including a base resin and a vulcanizing agent, and a heat-dissipating filler. Accordingly, the heat-dissipating elastic body may protect a heating element from a physical stimulus such as a vibration or impact transmitted from the outside to a heat dissipater, and rapidly transduce and radiate heat generated in the heating element. In addition, the heat-dissipating elastic body may minimize vibrations caused by a physical stimulus applied from the outside and a noise thereby by minimizing a gap between a heating element and an exterior material, a heat dissipating element or the like, which is adjacent thereto/in close contact therewith. Further, the heat-dissipating elastic body heating element may minimize deterioration by heat generated by a heating element or an external chemical stimulus and may be easily implemented in various shapes, and therefore, it may be widely applied to all industries requiring heat dissipation.

Abstract: A heat dissipating coating composition is provided. A heat dissipating coating composition according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a coating layer forming component including a main resin. The heat dissipating coating composition also includes a carbon-based filler including 8 to 72 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main resin and a physical property enhancing component for improving heat dissipating and adhering properties. Accordingly, a heat dissipating coating layer having excellent heat dissipating performance can be realized by having not only good heat conductivity but also good heat radiation.
