摘要: A cardiac information dynamic display system comprises: one or more electrodes configured to record sets of electric potential data representing cardiac activity at a plurality of time intervals; and a cardiac information console, comprising: a signal processor configured to: calculate sets of cardiac activity data at the plurality of time intervals using the recorded sets of electric potential data, wherein the cardiac activity data is associated with surface locations of one or more cardiac chambers; and a user interface module configured to display a series of images, each image comprising: a graphical representation of the cardiac activity. Methods of providing cardiac activity data are also provided.

摘要: An ablation system comprises: an ablation catheter and a console. The ablation catheter comprises: a shaft including a proximal end, a distal portion and a distal end; an ablation element configured to deliver energy to tissue; and a force maintenance assembly comprising a force maintenance element and configured to control and/or assess contact force between the ablation element and cardiac tissue. The console is configured to operably attach to the ablation catheter and comprises: an energy delivery assembly configured to provide energy to the ablation element. Methods of ablating tissue are also provided.

摘要: Provided herein are systems for treating tissue of a patient. The system comprises an energy delivery console and at least one energy delivery device. The energy delivery console can provide a first dose of energy and a second dose of energy. An energy delivery device comprises a first delivery element configured to deliver the first dose of energy to target tissue, and a second delivery element configured to deliver the second dose of energy to the target tissue. The first dose of energy can comprise a delivery of energy that reversibly alters the target tissue, and the second dose of energy can comprise a delivery of energy that irreversibly alters the target tissue. The first dose of energy can be delivered to enhance a therapy provided by the second dose of energy.
