Abstract: Devices and methods for producing a T-shaped semifinished product from a multiply non-crimp fabric with reinforcing fibers for a composite material. The product has a web and a flange. The device includes a web forming tool, with which a web portion of the non-crimp fabric is clamped in place, a forming tool, with which plies of a flange portion of the non-crimp fabric are split into two parts, a depositing device, with which a tube body is deposited on the flange portion formed into the flange, a holding tool, with which a clearance between the holding tool and the flange is formed, and a filling device, with which the tube body is filled with a gas such that the tube body fills the clearance and firmly holds the flange portion formed into the flange, and alternatively, a magnetic force can be generated between a sheet and the web forming tool.

Abstract: A device for lacquer transfer is disclosed having a frame, a nozzle with a dispensing end for dispensing lacquer, and a transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, a circumferential outer contact surface of the lateral wall comprises several depressions, wherein the nozzle and the transfer roller are arranged such that lacquer is dispensable from the dispensing end onto the outer contact surface and into the depressions, wherein the transfer roller is configured to roll with the outer contact surface on a work surface of a workpiece for transferring the lacquer from the outer contact surface and from the depressions to the work surface of the workpiece. A first hardening unit is formed as a UV-light unit configured for partially hardening the lacquer in a contactless way by emitting UV-light, the first hardening unit is arranged within an interior space defined by the transfer roller. The lateral wall of the transfer roller is transparent for UV-light, and the first hardening unit is arranged such that UV-light is emittable towards the work surface in a first operational area of the work surface to partially harden the lacquer in the first operational area.

Abstract: A device for lacquer transfer includes a frame, a transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, a drive unit and a lacquer application unit. The lacquer application unit is mounted on the frame and applies lacquer to a work surface of a work piece while the device is moved in an application direction across the work surface. The drive unit drives the transfer roller in a rotation direction about an axis of rotation. An outside contact surface of the lateral wall comprises a plurality of depressions forming a predetermined structure. The transfer roller rolls with the outside contact surface on the work surface of the work piece for transferring the predetermined structure defined by the depressions in the outside contact surface to lacquer previously applied to the work surface by the lacquer application unit.

Abstract: A device for a lacquer transfer includes a frame, transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, drive unit for rotating the transfer roller, and slit nozzle with a muzzle end for dispensing lacquer. The slit nozzle includes a first nozzle-part, second nozzle-part and deformation unit. The deformation unit is attached to the first nozzle-part, the lateral wall passing in a rotation direction subsequently the deformation unit and the muzzle end during transfer unit rotation. The lateral wall of the transfer roller is deformed by the deformation unit in the radial direction resulting in a deformation section of the lateral wall in the rotation direction behind the deformation unit, the muzzle end of the slit nozzle arranged for dispensing lacquer into depressions of the lateral wall. The transfer roller can roll with the outside contact surface on a work surface of a work piece for transferring lacquer from the depressions to the work surface of the work piece.

Abstract: A device for a lacquer transfer is disclosed having a transfer roller, the transfer roller includes a cylindrical support body, a first ring element, a second ring element, and a tire, wherein the tire comprises a middle section forming a circumferential outer contact surface with several depressions. The transfer roller is configured to roll with the outer contact surface on a work surface of a workpiece for transferring lacquer from the outer contact surface and from the depressions to the work surface of the workpiece. The tire includes two annular end sections, which are attached to the support body resulting in two axially separated and circumferentially extending connections. The tire, the connections, and the outer shell of the support body are fluid-tight and arranged such that a fluid-tight main cavity is formed between the tire and the support body. The first and second ring elements are arranged in the main cavity and seated on the support body at a predefined distance in an axial direction (A) of the transfer roller from one another.

Abstract: A seat rail for supporting seats in an aircraft comprises a support portion for connection with the cabin floor and a seat receiving portion having a groove for receiving the end portions of connector elements coupled with the support frame of a seat.
