    摘要: A trigger switch has a case member, a cover member, and an operation member configured to be used to carry out an operation. The case member and the cover member are combined with each other to form a waterproof case. When the operation member is operated, the operation member is displaced inward of the waterproof case. An internal pressure of the waterproof case changes in accordance with displacement of the operation member. The case member has a case base that is made from an inelastic body. The case base does not deform in accordance with a change in internal pressure of the waterproof case. The case base has at least one hole part. The case member has at least one deformation section that seals the at least one hole part. The deformation section is made from an elastic body.

    摘要: In view of the above problem, the present invention is to provide an electrical power tool which enables a user to intuitively grasp a rotation direction and a rotation speed of a tip tool. The electrical power tool 1 comprises a chuck 2 provided at a tip of a tool body 3, and rotatable with a tip tool held, and an operation switch 7 having operation protrusions 6 exposed to both side surfaces of a tool body 3 so as to be able to operate, respectively bilaterally symmetrically protruded with a rotation axis of the chuck 2 therebetween, coaxially rotatable with the chuck 2, and urged so as to be self-restored to a neutral position. The chuck 2 is rotated in a direction according to a rotation direction of the switch 7 at a speed according to a rotation angle from the neutral position of the operation switch 7.

    摘要: In view of the above problem, the present invention is to provide an electrical power tool which enables a user to intuitively grasp a rotation direction and a rotation speed of a tip tool. The electrical power tool 1 comprises a chuck 2 provided at a tip of a tool body 3, and rotatable with a tip tool held, and an operation switch 7 having operation protrusions 6 exposed to both side surfaces of a tool body 3 so as to be able to operate, respectively bilaterally symmetrically protruded with a rotation axis of the chuck 2 therebetween, coaxially rotatable with the chuck 2, and urged so as to be self-restored to a neutral position.     摘要: A switch for controlling a rotational speed of a motor includes an operation member, a first circuit, and a second circuit. The first circuit includes a brush coupled to the operation member having a contact and also includes a variable resistive plate having a resistance that changes in response to a contact position of the contact point of the brush, so that the first circuit outputs a control signal to the motor according to the contact position of the contact point. The second circuit connects the brush and the resistive plate without through the contact point when the brush is positioned at a given position relative to the resistive plate.

The switch body includes a case and a rotary shaft rotatably supported by the case and extending from one end of the case in an axial direction. The operation member is joined to the rotary shaft. The case has a cylindrical outer surface and the operation member has a cylindrical inner surface disposed coaxial with the cylindrical outer surface of the case. A support member is disposed at one of the cylindrical outer surface of the case and the cylindrical inner surface of the operation member and has an edge portion extending linearly along a circumferential direction of the one of the cylindrical outer surface and the cylindrical inner surface, so that the edge portion can slidably contact the other of the cylindrical outer surface of the case and the cylindrical inner surface of the operation member.

An engaging depression is formed on an inner wall surface defining an opening edge portion of the case. A shoulder is formed on an outer peripheral end edge portion of the cover. An engaging projection is formed to project outward from a side surface of the shoulder to a small extent so as to be capable of engaging with the engaging depression corresponding thereto. A joint groove is formed by the inner wall surface of the opening edge portion of the case and the shoulder, and the joint groove is filled with an adhesive agent.
