摘要: A car washing machine (1) is composed of a front body (1A) provided with a rocker brush (11), a top brush (12), side brushes (13) and so forth as washing means for washing a vehicle (2), and a rear body (1B) provided with a top nozzle (21), side nozzles (22) and so forth as drying means for drying the vehicle (2). The front and rear bodies (1A and 1B) are capable of separately traveling. According to this arrangement, the washing operation of the vehicle (2) using the washing means provided on the front body (1A) and the drying operation using the drying means provided on the rear body (1B) can be executed in a spaced apart relationship, thus preventing the drying finish from being deteriorated by water splashes produced during the washing operation.

摘要: A high-pressure composite pipe includes a pipe-shaped inner layer made of a synthetic resin, and a reinforcing layer made of a stretched polyolefin resin sheet and wound on an external circumferential surface of the inner layer, with a winding direction of the reinforcing layer being oriented at a predetermined angle relative to an axis of the pipe, and a method for joining high-pressure composite pipes each including a pipe-shaped inner layer made of a synthetic resin, a reinforcing layer made of a stretched polyolefin resin sheet and wound on an external circumferential surface of the inner layer, and an outer layer made of a synthetic resin and laminated on the reinforcing layer. A method for joining high-pressure composite pipes includes the steps of: heating and melting an end of each high-pressure composite pipe, flaring the melted end of each high-pressure composite pipe, with a diameter thereof gradually enlarging toward an end face thereof, and butting the flared ends of both flared high-pressure composite pipes together and fusing internal circumferential surfaces of their inner layers, with their reinforcing layers being turned outwardly.

摘要: A vibration damping device for use in an internal combustion engine including: a rigid housing having a hollow space; an independent mass member housed within the hollow space; and at least one rubber sleeve being independent of the housing and the mass member and being disposed within an empty space between the housing and the mass member so as to extend over an entire circumference of the empty space with a constant thickness dimension. An inside tiny gap is formed between an inner circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve and an outer surface of the mass member over an entire circumference thereof, while an outside tiny gap is formed between an outer circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve and an inner surface of the housing over an entire circumference thereof at room temperature of 25° C.

摘要: A high-pressure composite pipe of the present invention comprises an inner layer pipe made of a synthetic resin, and a reinforcing layer formed by spirally winding a stretched polyolefin resin sheet on an external circumferential surface of the inner layer pipe. The synthetic resin for the inner layer pipe or a heat-sealable resin is filled into a gap defined by the stretched polyolefin resin sheet, thereby avoiding penetration of water from a cut surface of the pipe. A method of the present invention for manufacturing a high-pressure composite pipe comprises the steps of: manufacturing an inner layer pipe made of a synthetic resin; spirally winding a stretched polyolefin resin sheet on an external circumferential surface of the inner layer pipe; filling the synthetic resin for the inner layer pipe, in a melted state, into a gap defined by the stretched polyolefin resin sheet, wherein the stretched polyolefin resin sheet is heated in the wound state so as to generate a shrinkage stress in the stretched polyolefin resin sheet; and fusing the stretched polyolefin resin sheet and the inner layer pipe together.

摘要: As the first object, the present invention intends to provide high-pressure composite pipes which show remarkable pressure resistance and optimum applicability in various uses and which can be economically manufactured in a light weight. To achieve this object, a high-pressure composite pipe of the present invention comprises a pipe-shaped inner layer made of a synthetic resin, a reinforcing layer made of a stretched polyolefin resin sheet and wound on an external circumferential surface of the inner layer, and an outer layer made of a synthetic resin and disposed on an external circumferential surface of the reinforcing layer. The winding direction of the reinforcing layer is oriented at a predetermined angle relative to the axis of the pipe. Between the inner layer and the reinforcing layer and between the outer layer and the reinforcing layer, adhesion layers having affinity to these layers are interposed.
