    摘要: A fuel injection valve damping insulator damps vibration produced in a fuel injection valve (11). A damping insulator (30) is interposed between a shoulder portion (18) of a cylinder head and a tapered surface (24) of the fuel injection valve (11) that faces the shoulder portion. The damping insulator (30) includes an annular tolerance ring (33) that abuts against the tapered surface (24), and an elastic member (36) that is arranged between the tolerance ring (33) and the shoulder portion (18). An annular coil spring (34) and a sleeve (35) are each embedded juxtaposed in the elastic member (36). A height (H2) of the sleeve (35) is formed lower than an outer diameter (H1) of individual small ring portions that form a helix of the coil spring (34), and at least one of a tolerance ring (33) side and a shoulder portion (18) side of the sleeve (35) is buried in the elastic member (36).

    摘要: A fuel injection valve is mounted in a cylinder head by being inserted in an insertion hole provided in the cylinder head. A shoulder section is provided at the inlet portion of the insertion hole to be expanded in an annular shape. The fuel injection valve is provided with a stepped section expanded in diameter in a tapered manner to have a tapered surface facing the shoulder section. A vibration insulator is disposed between the stepped section and the shoulder section. The vibration insulator is provided with a circular annular tolerance ring making contact with the tapered surface of the fuel injection valve. A circular annular sleeve section coaxial with the tolerance ring is integrally formed on the tolerance ring to extend from the surface of a portion of the tolerance ring, the portion not facing the tapered surface of the fuel injection valve.

    摘要: A lead-acid battery electrode plate is manufactured by consecutively supplying a lead or lead alloy sheet; leaving a part in the vicinity of the center of the sheet as a non-expansion portion and expanding both sides like mesh to form a grid body; filling active material paste into the grid body; and cutting the grid body to predetermined dimensions. In the lead-acid battery electrode plate, the non-expansion portion forms a current collector part of the electrode plate along an expansion portion in an up and down direction of the electrode plate. One or more openings are made in a part of the non-expansion portion. A part of the non-expansion portion is projected above the position of an upper margin of the cut expansion portion as a current collector lug part. When the current collector lug part is placed upside, the expansion direction is the width direction of the electrode plate.

A needle-side tapered surface is formed at the large-diameter portion on a valve closing side thereof, wherein the needle-side tapered surface is inclined by a needle angle with respect to a center axis of the needle. A core-side tapered surface is formed at a movable core, wherein the core-side tapered surface is inclined by a core angle with respect to the center axis of the needle. The needle and the movable core are brought into contact with each other via the needle-side and the core-side tapered surfaces. The needle angle and the core angle are made to be equal to each other.
