    摘要: The present invention provides a power unit for conveyance, having a main power source and a standby power source. The power unit has a thermal battery provided as the standby power source. The conveyance is provided with an electronic control system and the power unit for conveyance of the present invention, and electric power for operating the electronic control system is supplied to the electronic control system from the power unit for conveyances. By employing such a thermal battery as the standby power source, the standby power source does not require to be charged, thereby ensuring a long-term reliability of the standby power source.

    摘要: This invention aims to improve the reliability of an electronic control system which drives an actuator on conveyance operation based on an electrical signal to make adjustments such as acceleration/deceleration and movement direction of a conveyance, by achieving a power unit for conveyances having a power source with no need of charge and with little performance deterioration, thereby allowing for practical application of high-performance conveyances. The present invention relates to a power unit for conveyance comprising a main power source and a stand-by power source, which is characterized in that a thermal battery is provided as the stand-by power source, and a conveyance which is provided with an electronic control system and the power unit for conveyance of the present invention, is constituted so that electric power for operating the electronic control system is supplied to the electronic control system from the power unit for conveyances. By employing a thermal battery as the stand-by power source as thus, the stand-by power source does not require to be charged and the long-term reliability of the stand-by power source is also ensured.

    摘要: A method for producing a grid for a lead storage battery has a first step, a second step and a cooling step performed between the first and second step. In the first step, lead alloy is sequentially rolled over a plurality of rolls. In the second step, the rolled sheet obtained at the first step is machined to produce a grid for a lead storage battery. In the cooling step, the rolled sheet is cooled so that (1) the surface temperature thereof is 10° C. or lower at least once and (2) the total time during which the rolled sheet is exposed to an atmosphere of higher than 10° C. is 10 hours or less.

    摘要: A lead-acid battery electrode plate is manufactured by consecutively supplying a lead or lead alloy sheet; leaving a part in the vicinity of the center of the sheet as a non-expansion portion and expanding both sides like mesh to form a grid body; filling active material paste into the grid body; and cutting the grid body to predetermined dimensions. In the lead-acid battery electrode plate, the non-expansion portion forms a current collector part of the electrode plate along an expansion portion in an up and down direction of the electrode plate. One or more openings are made in a part of the non-expansion portion. A part of the non-expansion portion is projected above the position of an upper margin of the cut expansion portion as a current collector lug part. When the current collector lug part is placed upside, the expansion direction is the width direction of the electrode plate.
