    摘要: Automatic self-aligning ball metals rotatably mounted at both end parts of a rotor shaft in an electric motor are supported by holding devices. The holding device is designed in the form of a disc having a flange portion around the outer periphery thereof. It is formed with a plurality of pawls having different intensities of resilient force which extend in the radial direction from an area located in the proximity of the flange portion. The pawls having a higher intensity of resilient force and the pawls having a lower intensity of resilient force are alternately arranged in the peripheral direction of the holding device and the inner part of each of the pawls is bent at a certain inclination angle. The pawls having a lower intensity of resilient force are adapted to come in contact with the metal ball earlier than the pawls having a higher intensity of resilient force. Each of the pawls having a higher intensity of resilient force has a width wider than the pawls having a lower intensity of resilient force. The pawls having a higher intensity of resilient force may have a thickness more than the pawls having a lower intensity of resilient force on the assumption that they have the same width. Usually, two kinds of pawls which are alternately arranged are used. Three kinds of pawls may be employed.

    摘要: A pulsation preventive member for use with a pump constructed in the form of a hose disposed in a pump fluid passage. The hose is located in a fuel tank in such a manner that one end of the hose is connected with the pump and the other end of the hose is connected with a injector or the like. The hose is constructed so as to substantially inhibit pulsation by elastically deforming. The hose may have a substantially circular cross-sectional shape and a mesh-shaped thread layer incorporated therein. The mesh angle of the thread layer is preferably less than 50 degrees. Alternatively, the hose may have non-circular cross-sectional shape such as rectangular or elliptical cross-sectional shape. Further, the hose may be constructed so as to have a double-walled structure comprising an inner layer and an outer layer in the form of a hose with a plurality of connecting members interposed therebetween.

    摘要: A rotor in a magnetogenerator, having a boss member coupled onto a rotary shaft of an engine and a yoke jointed to a flange on the outer periphery of this boss member. A serration provided at one end thereof with a collar portion is formed on the outer periphery of the flange of the boss member. Another serration is formed on the inner peripheral surface of an opening formed in the bottom wall of the yoke, and both serrations are serration-jointed to each other by clinchingly finishing an end portion of the flange received in a recess formed at an end face of the opening in the yoke, whereby the brim, or lip, portion of the opening in the yoke is clamped between the collar portion and the clinchingly finished portion. The collar portion of the boss member, thus serration-jointed, is received in the recess formed around the brim portion of the opening in the yoke, to prevent the collar portion from protruding to the outside from the bottom wall surface of the yoke in the axial direction.

    摘要: A winding pattern for a motor rotor comprising an armature mounted on a rotary shaft and provided with a plurality of longitudinal slots defined a plurality of core teeth; a commutator mounted on the rotary shaft at a longitudinally spaced relationship to the armature and provided with circumferentially divided segments; and one or more sets of coils wound around the core teeth through the core slots. The very first starting lead of the set of coils comprises a first span which extends from a first commutator segment into a first core slot, a second span which extends out of the first core slot and is wrapped around the rotary shaft at a part opposite to the commutator with respect to the armature, a third span which is passed through a second core slot from the second span towards the commutator, a fourth span which extends out of the second core slot and is wrapped around a part of the rotary shaft intermediate between the armature and the commutator over a certain angle. The first span of the first starting lead extends obliquely between the commutator and the armature while other starting leads and ending leads of the coil extend obliquely however in opposite sense. Thus, the leads are not subjected to undue pressure from subsequently wound coils and the starting lead is properly anchored for winding the first coil at the same time.

    摘要: A wiper driving unit for driving a wiper for a vehicle such as a motor vehicle includes: a driving gear driven by a motor, for driving the wiper; and a clutch member formed of a conductive resilient plate, rotatably supported and rotatable together with the driving gear in the biasing direction only when the driving gear is rotated in the biasing direction. An engageable member on the driving side is projectingly provided on the driving gear, and an engageable member on the driven side is connected in operational association to the clutch member. The engageable member on the driving side and the engageable member on the driven side are engaged with each other to rotate the driving gear together with the clutch member in the same direction only when the driving member is rotated in the biasing direction. However, when an external force to rotate the driving gear in the reverse direction is applied, the both engageable members are disengaged from each other, and the clutch member does not follow the rotation of the driving gear in the reverse direction, whereby chattering is prevented which is caused by a relative backwardly moving phenomenon between the conductor plates connected to an electric circuit of the motor and a plurality of contacts provided on the clutch member.
